I've looked around at the other "suggest me some power metal" topics, and it's rather obvious that Dragonforce are pretty damn good. No one seems to mention specific albums, however. So...what's good to start with? |

Six and half a dozen really, but I'd suggest you start with the debut, Valley of the Damned. I think its thier best, but the production is a bit weak - the drums are very, very loud to the point of overbearing. |

Really, any album is good. They only have two releases out, so either Sonic FireStorm or Valley of the Damned will do. Btw one of my friends who doesn't listen to a lot of Power Metal, likes Dragonforce. His favorite band is also Opeth, so I think there is a chance you might like them.

You could try their new album, Inhuman Rage. They are all really good though. Production on first album (Valley of the Damned) is weak however. |

I always thought Rhapsody was the most terrible band ever...but that was before i discovered DragonForce! Simply awfull!!!No originality,cheesiness,poser attitude...they appeal to people under 16,or to people with an IQ under 50. |
