Hey guys

Who here has heard the lastest Entwine album?

Can anyone tell me if its any good, and better/worse/same as "Time Of Despair", which is one of the best goth rock/metal albums i have ever heard.
I also listen to Sentenced, For My Pain, To Die For, Poisonblack, Charon, Frostburn, My 6th Shadow, Embraze, Downfall, The 69 Eyes, H.I.M, Dying Tears, Crematory and the list goes on....

Thanks

Time of Despair is an amazing album. Sadly, their latest release, DIEversity doesn't cut it. The music seems contrived at times and a pale recycling of their last album. It's going to be really hard for them to ever come up with something as good as Time of Despair. Check the review for more.

I think Entwine is a nice band, I like Safe in a Dream, really nice song, but what I do love is HIM's Razorblade Romance. Also To/Die/For is quallity.

Agreed. Jaded by To/Die/For is a must buy album in this genre.

DIEversity pales in comparisson to "Time of Despair", or even "Gone" for that matter. Even though this album has some excellent songs, they are very few and far in between.

Check out the second song on the cd called "Bitter Sweet", it has a great hook and a great chorus.

Either way, "Time Of Despair" owns this cd by a mile.

I also think that Time of Despair and Gone are better than Dieversity,
but then again, i don't like the whole band that much...
What do you like the first disc Treasures within hearts?

Since starting this thread ages ago i have had the chance to hear DiEversity and i thought it is very good. Maybe not as good as Time Of Despair but still worthy of purchasing...
