Fairly disappointed in this album. I just don't really like the overall sound of most of the songs (a little too dark/moody for a Queens Of The Stone Age album). Has anybody else heard it yet? If so, what are your thoughts? |

I haven't heard it but I liked their previous album so I'll probably download it and give it a try. You said Dark\Moody? Well that sucks because I loved the fun factor in the other album. |

I liked Songs for the Deaf alot so Im interested in listening to it but I've heard alot of negative things. |

Actually, Lullabies does grow on you after a while. A lot of reviewers are right in saying you have to listen to it a couple times to really get a feel for it since it is quite a bit darker and more moody than QOTSA's previous three albums were. Though I must say, the album does drop off a bit towards the second half. |

Little Sister is a crap single, imo. When Nick left, a lot of the band's greatness left with him (although his Mondo Generator is a bit disappointing). |
