Terribly clever title, yes, but this album rocks 9 ways to mars and back.

He went through a whole industrial rock thing with Brutal Planet and Dragontown, then The Eyes of Alice Cooper was good modern rock, Dirty Diamonds was kind of back to the basics rock n'roll (a lot of the songs had definite Desperado and Under My Wheels feels to them) and Along Came a Spider was modern rock again, but kind of "meh". This new one, though, is a really good combo of modern rock and rock n'roll, and it kicks ass.

I disagree.
Alice tries too hard to recapture his past and fails miserably.
That and the overuse of autotune and other modern production gimmicks on the album.

It could have been good with 9 songs and 35 minutes, alas, it's 20 minutes too long with too many fillers to keep me interested through it all.

This could be summed up in one statement: "Ke$ha on an Alice Cooper album? Just say no."

She guest voices as the devil on "What Baby Wants". Apparently the lyrics she contributed were so filthy the band had to "reign her in", according to Cooper.
