Kinda got an itch to listen to 'em after hearing there going to be at Bonnaroo this year. Do I just go with the greatest hits or do they actually have some solid albums? Mother had the greatest hits growing up so I'm used to stuff probably across all the eras...

Live performance is awesome: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_EFdod4YDo

You could start with a greatest hits album because most of their famous songs like Sharp Dressed Man and Legs are going to be on there but their lesser known stuff is also good so I suggest starting with some of their 70's material and work your way up towards their 80's stuff. Albums like:

Rio Grande Mud
Tres Hombres
Deguello

Which are some of their 70's material and their 80's stuff:

El Loco
Afterburner
Eliminator
Recycler
