I've been talking about this band for a while now, someone else alerted me to them before that. You should pay attention more.

The new Decapitated is an exponentially solid slice of technical death-metal with some extreme style and flair as well as uncommonly groovy riffs (See Day 69) that set it out from the pack. Minus the tough-guy barking and it'd get much more attention from the death metal hordes, but it's certainly worth a few looks more than you gave The Negation.

87/100.

If Decapitated sang about hobbits and ancient battles past they would be on here in NO TIME.

The reviewers here do review a wide variety of styles, just look at the three I did this week, death metal, melodic pop-metal and power prog. I won't review this album because I'm not a fan of that sort of death metal. You'll likely get no objective opinion from me because I'll go into it thinking it sucks. Dead Machine was one of extreme metal reviewers here, he's gone now. We've gotten a new reviewer for that sort of thing so maybe they'll review that album?

When in Rome, speak Roman. When talking to Americans, the subtler points of English grammar can be ignored.
