Hehe, for heavy cases there is one that you have to wear on your head :)

Oh, how fashionable, I always wanted to be a human headlight. I'll scare little kids by pretending to be a train coming their way. (I'm a 5 yr old at heart)

Or a miner.

Cool. I'd rather be a plummer though.

I was thinking more like this, but never mind.

Oh, those guys are soo black metal, with corpsepaint and shit, maybe I should be a miner.

Nope, I like a few of his tunes myself. Then there's T.I. and Three 6 Mafia and Run-DMC.

I feel pretty lousy. I had an oral presentation today which was rather shite, plus I got my results back for an exam. Turns out I just passed because I fucked up some technicality. Boo. And I've had about 12 minutes sleep.

On a lighter note, here's an excerpt from a resume that got handed into my wife's work. The lesson, always proof read these things before handing them in:

Quote:
I am a young, healthy, hard working and honest person committed to 'putting in a hard, honest days work for an honest days pay'. My strengths are in my commitment to the task at hand and genuine enthusiasm in all I apply myself too. I am a former stripper so I know how to seduce any man and get a sale.

and a bit further on:

Quote:
Customer Service
* Totally committed to providing the best level of service possible with the focus of creating return business
* Complaints handling with positive outcomes
* Diffuse situations involving conflict
* Assertive yet empathetic with difficult customers
* Able to offer assistance/solutions to customers
* Handling tits

@ Azrael: We fatwa issuers quote what we want and don't care about the rest *evil laugther*

Seriously though. I didn't mean to offend anyone.. I was just at work, a little bored and started rambling.. It happens from time to time :D

My mood's taken a downwards shift. Everything looks pointless, and I realised earlier today that I hate myself. Ho hum...

Good luck with the job, Adam.

Haha. Good suggestions, but I went ahead and acted normal. This is a job I hope to build my career off of. It went good today, although now I'm tired as hell (looong day).

I requested prospectuses for Masters Degrees at the Universities of Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Sheffield and Newcastle. So, I feel optimistic that come september I won't be living in Leeds or Derby, and I won't be working. Teh awesome!

Let's hope so anyway... On the good side there are only 17 working days left until I quit for an extended summer holiday. On the bad side there are still 17 working days left until I quit for an extended summer holiday.

Don't go to Newcastle.

Depressed. See this?

That's 20 minutes walk away. Last night I came the closest I've ever been to going there and throwing myself off it. I'm feeling slightly more up today, but this is still the darkest I've ever felt.

Why what's the problem, Zad? Why so depressed?

Anyhow, I have always heard good things about Newcastle. Pretty much all major cities aren't all they're cracked up to be.

I realised yesterday that I loathed myself and everything about my life, and since then things have been pretty down. Hopefully I'll snap out of it...

And Newcastle is a shithole. Trust me on that. No, better, promise me you won't. Please.

actually my family also wants me to transfer to a university in England. i was thinking LSE or something :P they say that even if i go to an average university it's good for me, but if so then i'd rather stay here, i mean, what's the point if you don't really get any advantage, education-wise?
