Yeah, that first Italian goal was quite good. I'm glad the game didn't have to go into penalty kicks. Although, if they had I think Germany would have won.

Hm, Portugal's adventure ended today vs France. nice game, France did what they had to do and took the victory, good for them.

Portugal should've been more aggressive, sometimes we played as if WE were winning.

it sucked that Miguel injured himself, he was doing a fine job both in attack and defense. and why the fuck did Postiga come on instead of Nuno Gomes? he's got more experience, more goals and is generally a better player than Postiga. i will never understand this.

WHAT THE FUCK IS IT WITH ALL THE DIVING?! this is exactly what people were talking about before the match. there were at least two shooting chances we didn't take because the strikers decided to dive. what the fuck, do they think this is the portuguese league or something?

anyways, good luck for france. Italy, imo, have been better than France, but on the other hand France has two football legends about to retire - Thuram and Zizou. it would be incredible for them to win the world cup again before they retired.

Well, I will cheer for Italy on the final, they deserved it far more than the French, but I'm more interested on the match of Portugal - Germany. I think it will be a more open one (I hope :? )

Congratilations to France for the no glory winning. At least Portugal defended the result against Holland, but still atacked with danger with one player less. France had two real dangerous chances, one was the opening play, and they scored on their second, a bit forced penalty, for the ones who said we were always simulating...

But I'm not blaming the referee. We played well, but, as always, we need to shoot more... and more... with so much good shooters, I can't believe we don't take more chances :x

Simply, italian played better football than Germany.
They forget catenaccio, defensive play, and played like a team, both in defence and in attack. Two woods and two goals in overtime, that's no luck. And Grosso, a defender, inside the area when attacking. They deserve to be in the final, as simple as that.

And Germany played better football than Portugal & France together. Was a really boring game.

all right, maybe it's just that I can't stand the italian team anyways... but what happened to Oliver Kahn? Wasn't he like "awesome" or something? where'd he go?

He's been sat on the bench for the whole tournament because Klinsman decided Jens Lehamn was better. And after the Argentina game, he was vindicated.
