Fucking awesome. DT are the best live band I've ever seen. I want.

And I must urge you to try Awake again. I was kinda dissapointed in it at first, but now it's one of my favorites. It just takes a bit of time.

I really need this. I've seen Dream Theater live once and it was awesome. The only bad thing was the my seat was so far away. One of my favorite bands.

I want to get this really badly...I saw the one-hour clip on VH1 Classic and it was amazing. Unfortunately, I'm broke right now...

Yeah, Awake is actually my favorite DT album. It was also my first, I dunno if that has anything to do with it, but its great either way.

Wondering if I should bother looking this one up seeing that I'm not really a fan of anything on Octavarium? Cant explain what I didnt like about the album, its just not for me.

When I first heard about the set on VH1Classic, I thought to myself "Holy shit, another 3-CD set from DT? That's the third one this decade." Plus they've essentially alternated studio/live since IAW.

But, being the bitch that I am, I bought it anyway.

Fuck yes. Most especially god-like is About To Crash (Reprise).

John Petrucci has to be one of the most underrated guitar players. He's a guitar virtuoso.

most people I know would put him up there with the likes of vai and satriani. I agree on the virtuoso but he definatly is getting his due credit.

this is of course me picking out one little thing that bothered me in an other wise good review
