I saw Blood Diamond a few days ago, and it was amazing. Definitely one of my top movies of the year, if not the top. Been seeing a lot of good movies lately.

Blue Crush. No, I did not watch it for the girls in bikinis, I am genuinely interested in the tough life of a female surfer.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is one of the best movies of the 90s. :dio: to Legacy and Radagast.

I just finished watching Lady In The Water. When it finished I was like, "What the fuck has happened to this guy?" I found the movie intriguing, but I simply didn't understand the point. Then I watched the bonus features; and M. Night explains the background of the movie, and he explains that it's a bedtime story he began telling his children. When his children began asking questions, the story grew and grew; and the end result was an actual childrens' book, and then this movie.

Why was this movie not touted as something of a childrens' story of some sort? Had I know this beforehand I probably would have enjoyed the movie a lot more while watching it. Now I have to kind of reflect back on it, like, "Aaah, OK; now I got ya."

Anyway, I enjoyed it, I guess.

Last night I watched Cars at a family Christmas dinner, then I went to see (it's not a movie, but still) the Leafs game. 3 tickets ran over 600 bucks, outrageos. But it was well worth it, I loves me Leafs.
