As of 10 minutes ago, I officially quit. I've picked up some replacement addictions though: I've been working out seriously for nearly two months, and as of Tuesday, World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade!!!

I only smoked three months -- I don't need any luck to quit.

Never say you are quitting smoking, it doesn't work like that.
The best way to quit is when you get a bad cold or a fever, and just stop thinking that cigarettes exist. You will eventually re-start smoking though.

I think you were better off with smoking than World of Warcraft. Less addictive, better for your health.

It took me three attempts to quit smoking, but it was worth it. Now I have money to spend, aren't throwing up every other day and smell better. Good luck, Trev.
