did you guys see Gilardino's dive vs Celtic yesterday? btw, diving and faking fouls in football is seriously the gayest thing you can do in footie, it ruins everything. divers ought to have their legs broken by Patrick Vieira and Jaap Stam.

MOTHERFUCKIN HALLELUJAH!!!

LIVERPOOL 2 - BARCELONA 1

Now I just hope The Reds don't screw up during the second leg (which they are fond of doin).

By the way Azrael, Porto did well against Chelsea. Just hope they get a good result for the second leg.

well done Liverpool! 2 away goals pretty much seals the deal, eh?
but of course, Barça is still one of the best teams out there..

as for FC Porto, they can go fuck themselves. i usually have 100% support for Portuguese teams out there, but Porto's supporters are so full of themselves, they're begging to see their club get hammered 5-0.

they poke fun at Benfica and Sporting for not being in the CL any more, but this season Benfica at least managed a 3rd place (to get into the UEFA cup), and lest they forget, last season FC Porto had a crappy group (Glasgow Rangers, Artmedia Bratislava and some other team) and finished last (while Benfica eliminated Man United and defending champions Liverpool to make it to the last 16).

btw, a few seasons ago Lazio came to play in Portugal (vs Benfica) and Porto's supporters came to the airport to welcome them (literally welcome them, not give them a "turkish welcome" with the intimidation and all) and screamed alongside the Laziale during the game. great way to support your country's teams, you fucking cunts.

they can go get bent. fuck FC Porto. i hope Mourinho crushes them mercilessly.

Haha, those Porto fans are whacky shit. It's sad they don't even support their nations teams. Pathetic.

oh no, they do, they just don't support Benfica. must be jealous or something.

when Sporting Lisbon and Benfica were out of the CL this season a lot of Porto fans were cracking jokes, although i don't see how it's funny because last time i checked the more teams in top competitions the better. idiots.

i wanted Porto to go through until i started seeing this attitude from them (so even though they're anti-Benfica i'm still, you know, PRO-PORTUGAL, something that they forget).

That's quite a sad attitude they have. Hope they lose to Chelsea haha!!!

Speaking of Barca, I'm kinda worried cos seriously they are probably THE best team at the moment. And despite losing, I'm sure they're gonna spring suprises in the second leg. Just hope Liverpool's up to it.

Barca ain't the best team around atm, in their last 5 games they've lost three, drawn one, and won just one! Compare that with Man U who won 4, drawn 1 (and scored 12 goals and conceded only 1!!) and Chelsea who have the same record in their last five (including goals scored and conceded) you can see that those two teams are in much better form. As for Liverpool, they are very strong at home (as are barca actually) and i really can't see anything but a home win in the next leg. But the beauty of the champs league is its unpredictablity, remember when porto won? And liverpool in 05? Oh and Barca also got all the roumors flying around about the dressing room being split in to two sides of an internal war between the club president and the former club president. And theres all that shit about eto'o and ronaldinho having fallen out two. Plus they're only top of the league on goal difference. Seems like they need to sort out whats happening in the dressing room before their top form will come back if you ask me. But what do i know? lol

w00t! awsome Barca match :D .. a shame Ronaldinho didn't score on his lovely solo effort. But it doesn't matter that much, cuz the rest of the team played damn good too and it warmed my heart to see Eto score :P Ze return of ze giants.. hopefully

I think E'to and Ronnie patched up even before the match. But, yeah, they're in some sorta shit concerning the club presidents and their present form. But I can't be sure Liverpool will be at their strongest at home against Barca.

Anyway, Liverpool 4 Sheffield 0. Awesome game. Shame, the first penalty was uncalled for. I really think Gerrard dived.

Yeah I remember that. Really desperate. It was a weird comeback though. The goals Milan conceded were very soft. Remember Smicer's shot?

This video is the shit. Top 50 goals of all time.

My personal favourite is there, of course: Marco Van Basten sensational goal against USSR in the Euro '88 final.
