no it isn't according to a lot of people. They say he counted several goals which are not proven(in his days with PSV) and others also say he counted goals in matches when he was not even 15.

he still was a great player though

I don't know about those unproved goals from PSV, but he IS counting goals scored in official friendly games, and goals from sub-17 tournaments (played for brazil only). He used the same counting method Pelé used for his 1283 goals. Difference is Pelé reached 1000 when he was 29 :dio:

Oh yeah Scotland ftw against Georgia. 2-1? Last minute? Kris Boyd opened the scoring? Oh yeah. Yeah, we didn't pkay that good. Italy will most likely beast us tomorrow. But until then we're still top of the toughest group of the whole qualifying section, and I'm proud of that. :dio:

Scotland >>>>> Italy anyday, I don't care HOW much the goddamm truzzis can pay referees or HOW much dope they can get. Scotland kicks Italy's arse.

rofl @ Fridge

so i guess the fact that Italy is fielding some of the best players in the world doesn't mean shit, huh? Luca Toni, Fabio Cannavaro, Buffon, Totti, Gattuso, Zambrotta and Pirlo, among others. you just with Switzerland had a team just half as good :P

Half of them can't count higher than 10 (as they run out of fingers), and Switzerland pwns Italy anyday. Senderos shalt kill Cannavaro with a sliding tackle from behind at knee level. DIE! And Müller, Frei, Wicky, Barnetta and Zuberbühler aren't that bad either. But why, WHY did they not make Zuberbühler or Senderos captain?? Why choose Frei???

Switzerland is very very overrated, they need to play more like a team.

Northern Ireland - Sweden 2-1  Jesus, what a terrible match, the first half was one of the worst performances I've ever seen by the swedish national team. And what the fuck was our manager thinking?? Instead of Kim Källström (Lyon) and Christian Wilhelmson (Roma) he starts with two players from Allsvenskan, one of the crappiest leagues in Europe, not to mention that our season hasn't even started yet

Portugal and Serbia tied 1-1 in Belgrade. Serbia is a good team but i think Portugal could've gone after the win. also Nuno Gomes is a decent striker but against the rather physically imposing Serbian defense i'd have used Hugo Almeida (Werder Bremen) in his place instead. and Quaresma, arguably man of the match vs Belgium, only came on 10 minutes before the final whistle, and he didnt' do shit either :/

And hats off to their keeper, he had a solid performance just 2 days after his father passed away.

and finally.. Sunday, April 1st
SL BENFICA VS FC PORTO
Benfica are just one point behind FCP and playing in their home ground and are highly motivated, but Quim and Luisão probably won't be fit for Sunday, meanwhile FC Porto haven't been too impressive lately but they're still a very solid team, plus their star player Ricardo Quaresma is on fire.
with only 8 games to go, this is probably the game of the year in Portugal.
FORÇA BENFICA!! :dio: :dio:

i'm not complaining, it's good for Portugal.

also, Quim trained without limitations today, he should be ready to face FC Porto! :D

goals from Nuno Gomes, Cristiano Ronaldo (2) and Ricardo Quaresma. the later's was especially awesome!!

EDIT - http://www.dailymotion.com/search/portu ... aresma-tvt
Quaresma's goal in our victory tonight, that's the "trivela" kick, his signature move.

awsome goal indeed  without daubt the best goal of da match (just saw the highlights on youtube, heh).. but CR's last goal was neat too, due to the dribbling
