haha, indeed you are (Mourinho will manage the Portuguese squad, sooner or later).

now i'm playing Champ Man 2001/02 with Inter Milan. this is my third season, in the last two i won every title i could except 1 italian cup and 1 european supercup.

my team is unstoppable:
lineup 1:
GK: Toldo
Defense: Lizarazu; Marco Materazzi and Fabio Cannavaro; Iván Córdoba
Midfield: Patsazoglou (defensive midfielder); Reyes, Gaizka Mendieta and Sérgio Conceição
Attack: Vieri and Ronaldinho

lineup 2:
GK: Franco Costanzo (youngster from river plate, very good)
Defense: Rustico; Tihinen and Fabio Cannavaro; Isaak Okoronkwo
Midfield: Ambrosini (DM); Morfeo, Szymkowiak and Aghahowa
Attack: Anelka and the legedary Alan Shearer

Civ IV Warlords

Feels more complete than Civ IV to me, though I've never enjoyed the scenarios.

Ya, it is. Just minor adjustments, like the addition of the trebuchet, make the game that much better. Still, I wish they had done a much better job with vassalage, which is absolutely useless since they'll only become your vassal when they have 1 or 2 cities left.

I've just bought Banjo-Tooie on Half.com three days ago. I used to own it, but the cartridge was rather finicky (sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't). So I bought another copy of the game.

I echo both sentiments. Vassalage could have been great and I actually thought Civ scenarios peaked way back in Civ 2. I wasted more time on the Civ 2 Napoleonic Wars scenario than any Civ 3 or 4 scenario combined.

playing Football Manager 2007 instead of Fifa Manager07: a whole world of difference.
Playing with Chelsea: won my first 5 matches, bought F. Torres, D. Sturridge, Lee Chung Soo or something :D and about 5 young players with Touré as surname :dio:

After quiting FFXII and completing Dragon Quest VIII i started playing Phantasy Star IV (1994) from the Sega Mega Drive collection (ps2)

somewhat fun to play actually, and unlike most of the old rpgs it's quite easy to figure out, since there's a talk funktion like Dragon Quest VIII that makes it easy to figure out where to go next... not only that, it actually also have side quests in the vein of FFXII in terms of small jobs you get paid to do - first job was to kill a giant sand worm. I bet that the team behind FFXII got the idea from Phantasy Star IV, which was quite a big hit back in the days. Furthermore, you get to travel between planets :P naice!

of course, there's two bad things: everytime you search the ground a text box will pop up "There's nothing here, let's move on instead of wasting time", old-school as hell, and pretty annoying as well in the long run... and the names of the spells and techniques makes no sense or perhaps they are japanese, examples on names: GiWat, Gires, Doran, GiZan, Savol, Hinas, Ryuka.. and then skills that you'd think you could figure what meant: exaple " Earth" .. ah must be some kind of earth magic attack!?... but no it's a skill that stuns the enemy, that doesn't work most of the times, so you'll have a hard time figuring out what it's supposed to do in the first place.

DQ VIII is an amazing game, the only flaw is the story - you know, the bad dude dies with the staff, then another takes the staff and runs away, then that dude get killed and yet another one takes the staff and so on.
I never completed VI or VII. VII got a bit too monotonious in the long run i think (get a to the island get the shard get back and then do it all once again). VI was nice the part i played. V is awsome too if i remember correctly. You can catch monsters and equip them with weapons etc and use them as the 4th or 5th member of the party :P

anyway.. bought Grandia (again after i sold my first copy of the game long time ago) and Alundra for the ps1 a week ago... haven't started playing them yet.. and then i got Resident Evil 4 yesterday... it's been 8-9 years since i last played a resident evil game.. last was Resident Evil 2 which was awsome as hell.. nasty, dirty and ugly - and awsome story

Unlimited Saga

wtf.. Glad I only paid 14 bucks for this. It has alot of cool ideas, but all are destroyed by how frustrating the game is, if it wasnt for the graphics I'd swear this was made 20 years ago by some D&D nerd..

5/10 (So far.. Im hoping it picks up along the way)
