Big fuckin book.

I devour big fucking books for breakfast. The bigger, the better. I quite often find myself bookless, and am forced to re-read my asimov collection for the umpteenth time.

I didnt realize you were so damn tough. I take back my warning. Seriously though, I finished it, and I have finished longer books, but I put "IT" down and picked it up again 3 times before I finished it. The end is a bit sucky for such a long book.

The book IT captures the psychological terror aspect of Pennywise much better than the movie does. It's hard to capture something like that in a visual medium. Not that the book and the movie don't completely fall apart at the Giant-Spider scene anyways. I thought that was a really dumb cop-out.

the stupidest ending ever. I didnt want to give it away because Frigid didnt watch the whole thing yet.

A lot of people have problems with the giant spider ending, but I don't, namely because It isn't a giant spider- thats just the final form it chooses to take to fight them in its lair. It is the deadlights- I rather enjoyed the Ritual of Chud and the ending to the books (other than the completely ridiculous 12 year old sex thing at the end which was completely fucking retarded). But yes, book is much better than the movie, and I don't think you'd ever be able to make a good movie out of It.

The clown was the best thing about that. Must read book.

Deja vu - Not bad for a Bruckheimer, entertaining. 3/5, despite having sod all to do with actual deja vu.

Jackie Brown - I love how slow paced this movie is. I guess you could say it doesn't really go anywhere but I dunno... I thought it worked really well.

Rambo-First Blood

Strange, strange film. Makes no sense and he kills like, two people. It wasn't the 100+ death count I'd expect.

It's actually the best Rambo of the three . who cares about the body count, the action was pretty good and believe it or not out of the three this is the Rambo that has the best storyline...lol

Even though it had practically no storyline? I did sort of enjoy it though, even if It had a really abrupt ending where Rambo unleashes a rambling story that made no sense.

QFT. Rambo is a simple action movie. It has no need for a plot; it is just Stallone being a badass, ie: taking on a helicopter with a rock.

I liked it, but that might have been because the first time I watched I had to stopped after he killed the two guys and then I finished it like a month later :P

Yeah thats why I said believe it or not and laughed after saying best story line. You surely haven't seen too many 80's action movies. Those movies had a mentality of all action and no story.
the Rambo trilogy is a perfect exemple of other notables: Commando, Cobra and the worst of them all Invasion U.S.A with CHUCK NORRIS.

Actually it is based on a book by David Morral (name of the rose and others) quite excellant.
