that's excellent! Ajax has or at least used to have one of the very best youth academies!

are you thinking of joining? if you do do they let you finish school and all that?

well i just heard a bunch of scouts of other teams are going to watch the Belgian Final so i don't want to make a commitment with a team yet. Although, from the teams i got offers from now, Ajax seems the most interesting. I can finish school, have somewhat guarantees for playing and i just never been a PSV fan :P .

Rumour is that Chelsea is interested in adding me and 4 other players on my team to their -19 squad. However, if it's true, it'll only be on probation, to see if we are worth playing.

DUDE! you could work with Hoosay Mourinyo! :P

Man United signed FC Porto's Anderson and Sporting Lisbon's Nani for an estimated €25million each today. Anderson is Brazilian and really stood out this season, even though he was injured for almost half of it, Nani is another product of Sporting's excellent youth academy.

on the good side, both our rivals lost an important player, on the bad side both our rivals just received 25 million to reinforce their squads and Sporting literally produces a handful of potential first-team players every season.

tonight Belgium-Portugal and i couldn't care less! :omfg: they'll probably end up losing again so why bother thinking about the match or watching it.

Well from all the rumours me and my fellow team mates heard, only Ajax and Werder Bremen have oficially shown interest. Still hoping for Chelsea or an other Premier League club though :dio:

Sweden won over Denmark in the qualification rounds for EC2008. 3-0 to Sweden turned to 3-3, and with one minute to go Poulsen hits Rosenberg in the stomach, earning a red card and a penalty shot for Sweden. However, a Danish fan storms the field and hits the referee, who decides to suspend the game. Finally the game is forfeited, and Sweden is given the victory with 3-0.

crap, i missed alot of fun it seems  .. i only saw till 1-3, then i had to go masturbate, so i didn't see the last bit

despite never having high hopes for denmark, they did show some fighting spirit this EC... when they lost to spain, Denmark was actually the most active team, unfortunately Denmark always needs 5 chances to score a single goal while other teams only needs one chance to score.. .bah..

If you walk out on a match like this because you need to wank, well maybe you'd better wank.

i missed the Belgium - Portugal match because of my sister's prom last night, but i heard Portugal's goals were awesome, and that the strikers squandered a handful of great chances. we need Pauleta to score in these easy matches (:P), and then we'll use the real strikers on big games :P

i heard about that referee thing on the radio. i really wasn't expecting that from a danish fan..

well.. over the years we have gotten more hooligans, back in the 90's we had almost none it would seem. However, this guy was drunk and a sore looser. According to himself he drank between 15-20 beers, so he can't recall hitting the referee

but it's a fucking shame.. it's not exactly good for danish football, reputationwise, footballwise and also economicalwise. And know we have to wait yet another two years before we can hope to win anything (most unlikely though, he he)...

fortunately the hooliganism in Portugal is limited to clubs, and i've only ever seen anything serious in domestic games.

btw i saw the belgium/portugal goals in the news today, Helder Postiga's goal (2-1) was excellent, according to the news he was 30 meters away from the goal!

Messi got his ass trounced by Senderos in the Switzerland-Argentina game last week, which btw ended 1-1.

omg, i saw Messi's goal in the news today and it was almost like the hand of god! in a few years, he'll be doing cocaine just like El Pibe!!

also, some good news!
Image
FC Porto president Pinto da Costa has been formally accused of sports corruption, along with several referees! people have been talking about this for a while now, but he seemed untouchable until now. FC Porto and old Pinto will finally get what's been coming to them!!

God, I saw that Messi video. Nothing in this world has ever been more appropriate, he is indeed the new Maradona.

Portuguese investor Joe Berardo is attempting to take over Benfica!

he's known for being a big Benfica fan, this seems like a move from him to try to gain control of the club and give it the financial support it needs, but he said he didn't want to get involved in the management. it'll be awesome if we get access to his deep pockets to strengthen our squad, though.

Joe Berardo can go and fuck himself! (yes, quite the turnaround, i know).

his takeover bid seems more and more like an attempt to make Benfica's stock go up again. A month or so ago Benfica's stocks were publicly traded for the first time, and right on the first day they went from 4€ each to around 2 (lol), and with news of his takeover bid they shot up again.
