PHWAT? Even I have it. England for the lose.

Yeah, for an affordable price and not some shitty asian import wthout covers, as I nearly bought earlier? I think it's on TV here atm, probably be easier to find once that's finished...

Pathfinder - I remember seeing an ad for this a really long time ago and thinking it looked really cool. I only got like 20 minutes into before thinking it sucked and turning it off

We went and saw "HP and The Order of the Phoenix" today. As some people have remarked here, it was a good movie considering the length of the book. They made sure that all of the important elements of the book were represented. It's a shame that some scenes were so short but it kept the story cohesive. I liked it. The Dumbledore vs. Voldemort duel was close to how I had imagined it. Fred and George's exit from Hogwarts was hilarious. They really picked the appropriate guys for those roles.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Interesting but really nothing more. The Type O cover song rules though. 5/10

For Your Consideration - 0/5. Having seen it was done by the people that did Spinal Tap, and knowing the hype about that (haven't seen it), went for this... and was bored out of my head. It's like watching Woody Allen played by retards, not a single piece of comedy there. And Ricky Gervais, please fuck off. You were funny in The Office, when people didn't know that you were capable of that and that alone, but this constant re-hashing of the same character is fucking dreadful. Just go away.

Transformers (The Good 1980s version)

pretty entertaining, and worth a watch for the soundtrack alone.

Perhaps because Season 2 isn't out yet on DVD?

August 14th, my friends.

I recently saw Superbad, the new Michael Cera movie, at a sneak preview. Absolutely hilarious- funniest movie I've seen in ages.

I think they delayed it a lot, which is usually a bad sign because it means they realize its sucking and are trying to salvage it and scrounge money to fix stuff. I was hoping for a bunch of cool indian vs viking battles but the indians basically just get butchered (why are the vikings doing this? the movie doesn't really explain  ) and then the main guy is basically the typical invincible superhero who saves the day :\

Yep, Pathfinder was in procuction before or at the same time as 300

It looks like an interesting movie. My son and I are going to rent it this weekend if it's available.

I saw only a couple ads for it long after I had seen 300.
