Just saw Pathfinder, though I did fast forward through many parts. I think it might be the worst movie I've ever seen.

Fracture - Not as good as it could've been. Hopkins and Gosling are both very good actors, but it never really worked. Even at the 'big moment' towards the end, I kept thinking, 'yeah, but...'

The Illusionist

Very good movie. Edward Norton and Paul Giamatti are both fantastic actors, and I felt Paul Giamatti gave an especially great performance. Throw in smokin' hot Jessica Biel (anyone seen "Chuck and Larry" yet...?) and you've got a good movie.

Bourne Ultimatum, I`m a huge fan of the previous two movies and this one did not disappoint lots of wicked action, and solid acting overall.

Just saw that last night too. Was amazing, I thought it was much better than Shaun of The Dead. Probably because outside of that one I cant stand zombie movies.

The Fugitive - nice thriller, Tommy Lee Jones kicks ass

Zeitgeist - I didn't totally agree with the details of some of the things said in this movie but as far as general message I think if there was one movie I would recommend someone watch its this one. I'd already heard much of what was said in the video but it still felt like someone had punched me in the gut at the end.

Down In The Valley - Really good! Norton's great as always, nice twisted feel. The second half's superb, a modern cowboy film on drugs.

1408 - Pretty nice. I'm sure the book (Stephen King) is better. I actually almost cried in one scene. And I don't cry. Ever. Didn't, but came close this time.

About the crying thing, this movie is a psychological horror kind of movie, don't get me wrong. It just might fuck with your brain if you're in the right mood, like I was.

It's only a short story by the way and it's pretty much different from what I heard but the movie captures the big picture. I thought Cusack was simply astounding.

Earthlings - "EARTHLINGS is by far the most comprehensive documentary ever produced on the correlation between nature, animals, and human economic interests. There are many worthy animal rights films available, but this one transcends the setting."

ugh

I think i'm gonna be a vegan now

i think the movie should be required watching though

Volver.

Another hyped movie just because it's supposed to be good. I found it ok and nothing more. It was boring for the most part actually.
