im doing powerlifting..and with squat-kit i can lift about 40 kg more than i can without...the presurre got to high..and both of my eyes exploded...i cant see straight....that sucks

Image this is the squat-kit or squat-suit im talking about...it is extremely tight and is made of polyester which makes it very edgy... it so tight that i cant even get a finger under it...and it leaves marks on my tighs...in addditon to that i got wraps wrapped very tightly around my knee...so tight that it is nearly impossible to bend your knees...so when you get about 180 kilos on your back it is actually the weight that pushes you down, going into sitting position...the suit and the knee wraps combined works like a spring..

yes i will recover from this, but the situation is much worse than last time it h appened, so it will take some more time...i got one week of now, that'll be a perfect time to recover..
