Die Hard 4.0 - Pretty good, more of John's daughter, more Kevin Smith and less nerdspeak would've made it near-perfect. Well, not really.

Bought the Rambo trilogy from amazon the other day. Never before have i witnessed such bad english subtitles. How the fuck can the english subtitles differ that from the english spoken dialogues?!? fucking amateurs!!! It was like reading a whole other script during the most part of First Blood.
The stupidest mistake has the be when a guy in First Blood says something like " For Christ sake, blah blah" and then in the subtitles it says " For chrissake, blah" what the fuck is that supposed to mean?!?

First Blood [9/10] - awsome
First Blood II[7/10] - good action, but the fucking cheesy romance between Rambo and the bitch really drags it down. It is amazing how deep an understanding they get for each other and how much they love each other at the end of the movie. In less than 24 hours... awsome!!! "You good man, Rambo... good. Not forget me arrhh *dies and Rambo roars with grief*"
Rambo 3 [6.5/10] - It's not a child movie, then why the fuck are Rambo assisted by a little monkey boy. Leave him out of the script, damnit!! However, the scene where he puts gunpowder in his wound is a golden moment. That's actually the only thing i remembered from the movie, that and the fight at the beginning. Though, i feel something was missing from the version i saw as a kid. Fucking censorship!!!

I love the bit in the third when Rambo's getting his gear together, and the Arab picks up something and goes 'what does this do?' and Rambo goes 'it goes blue'.

Made me laugh lots when I watched it, anyways.

Transformers - 7/10 I was expecting a mess of a movie from what people have been telling me, but I found it enjoyable overall.

Casino Royale - 9/10 The first Bond movie I've truly enjoyed. Look forward to more Daniel Craig.

Some things definately could've been better, but there were some undeniably awesome moments.

I thought it was kind of cool for the first half then degenarated into a hilarious bad parade of crappy CGI in the second half >.<

Mr. Brooks - Quality thriller with good music and some artsy photography. It managed to have lots of subplots and stuff going on but still felt fairly developped character-wise (except the dude who hung people was kinda pointless....). Worth watching.

There was almost no cgi in the movie. cgi was used to slightly touch up some things, the fog and little bugs. The actual creatures were all physical.

I seem to be one of the only people who loved this movie. Best videogame movie ever, easily (though I guess thats not hard). But it really played out like the game and I loved it for it. Plus Pyramid Head ripping the skin off that girl and throwing it at the church doors was one of the most badass things I've ever seen.

The ending was far too obtuse, it wasn't bad until then.

Started Alias yesterday. It's like a less serious 24! With a central character you don't feel guilty for being attracted to! Brilliant!
