You felt guilty for being attracted to Kiefer Sutherland? .

It might be easy for you to get over, but it was quite tough for me. Jack Bauer is the perfect man, after all.

I still want to see a day in Jack Bauer's life where nothing happens. Boop... Beep... Boop... Beep... the vending machine's swallowed his money.

The seven seasons so far haven't all taken place the same week, you know. But yes, Jack Bauer browsing his MySpace messages would make a great series.

I thought it was pretty cool. It's one of the few movies that actually captured the feel of a Stephen King story. It helped that John Cusack was basically in the movie all by himself, and he's neurotic enough to pull it off without looking like a tool. It's not something I'd ever watch again, but it's worth renting.

Why did everyone think that was so good? Alan Arkin is a great actor, true, but otherwise?

it made you feel all warm and fuzzy inside while at the same time making fun of movies that make you feel warm and fuzzy inside by inflating the dysfunctional/imperfect/characters-who-are-both-good-and-bad-at-the-same-time-which-makes-them-relatable-to-for-the-average-person-despite-their-obvious-not-being-realistic family aspect to a ridiculous degree... which exonerates it from any sort of cheesyness that playing along to what it is parodying/copying entails.

or yeah, it was "kvte".

Meh. It was crap lol.

Rear Window- 7.5/10 - Nowhere near as good as Psycho but still cool. What other Hitchcock is reallllly good?

Dr Strangelove - 11/10. So fucking funny!

Borat [7-8/10]

very funny, but lacked a little in the end i think. I also think it could have used a little less acting sequences.

One of my favourite scenes is during "Borat's" "national" anthem and audience starts to "booooh" at him... so much boohing that the horse, the American flag-waving rodeo clown is sitting, goes crazy and decides to fall backwards into the scene in the background. Lucky shot!

There also some funny deleted scenes, where Borat wants to adopt a homeless dog so he can fuck it and teach it how to chase Jews.

The nacked fight in the bed with ze fat bastard was really disgusting... but also a little funny... but disgusting

As with most other european releases it is shortened 5 min compared to the american version.. Fucking stupid!!! Why can Americans have full-lenght movies without censoring anything, but when it comes to crappy rap music they just can't censor enough. In Eu, apparantly, it is quite the opposite (except for germany, perhaps). It may makes more sense to censor the movies rather than the music, but it is still fucking annoying.

anywho... It probably is a whole lot more fun if you watch it together with someone else.. and beer!

Ditto to all, although I'll admit to Rob S. being the best part of some crap films, and Adam Sandler was excellent in Reign Over Me.

RW: The Good German - Perfect if you like old B&W films, awful if you don't. Cate Blanchette was amazing, though.

I was horrified when i saw that
I was like " What?!?! can they really do something that gay in a mainstream movie?!?". It basicly makes all the so called controversial Hollywood gay-movies look silly. I didn't understand how Sasha/Borat came up with the idea of having a smelly fat man's ass on his face either or how he could stand it. I would've puked myself.
But it was still pretty funny how they ended up in sex'aa 69 position while fighting. :D
