I'm only two stars in, but this game is ridiculously fun (and dizzifying). Its gotten off to a much better start than Sunshine did- hopefully it'll be better than that one.
I'm gonna get that one tomorrow.

In Flames - Take This Life
Iron Maiden - The Number of The Beast
Metallica - One
Slayer - Raining Blood
Through The Fire and Flames - Dragonforce
Guns 'N Roses - Welcome to The Jungle
Weezer - My Name is Jonas
Smashing Pumpkins - Cherub Rock

Lots of Sweet metal and some nice 90's Stapples.
Oh and Through The Fire and Flames is a finger melter,
it's got so many notes crammed up in so little time it's inhuman!
:P

I've 5 starred every song on expert. Lame at all?

I've 5 starred every medium except for raining blood can't seem to do it. got 118,000 points & 93% of notes but still a 4 star.
The worst part is i'm pretty sure i'm not that far off.

I'm half way through hard, but it's a huge step compared to medium. I doubt i'll ever get to expert, but you never know.
Did you practice a lot ?

I never practiced. I just tried to five star all hard songs before moving on to expert on GHII. I actually got the "Meet your Maker" achievement which is beating one of the creators at the game. I beat him on Through the Fire and the Flames on expert.

I never understood what was so hard about the water temple. All you need to do is change water levels, a lot. Its big and boring, not hard.

Shadow Temple, on the other hand...

I thought the water temple was the hardest, but I eventualy got past it (after a good amount of trial and error.) The Shadow temple was pretty easy, from what I remember.

Call of Duty 4

This or BioShock for best FPS of the year.

CoD4 is amazing, only 1 gripe. When I first went onine I was a level 1 and in every other game I usually only go up against other people who are close the same level as me. But in my first onoine match I was up against people as high as level 50. In my first match I had 3 kills 2 assists and 27 deaths. It was teh brootal. But now I am level 28 and I can get 27 kills with only 3 deaths. I am how you say, improved.

Oh, and I almost bought a Wii today. But I forgot my credit card at home and didn't have enough cash in my pocket...

Yeah I just got a PS3 and was thinking of getting COD4, it got great reviews and looks totally awesome. But I think I`m gonna hold out for Brother in Arms - Hell's Highway as I'm not a huge FPS fan and I like the tactical side of BIA. Buying both is out of the question as too many games are coming out this time of the year and I`m already itching for Folklore, Uncharted, Trauma Center - First Blood and Medal of Honor Heroes 2 ( best shooter for the Wii apparently and controls are supposedly wicked). So many good games, so little time to play them all.

Yeah Folklore looks like the shit. I'm gonna wait to play it myself, so many games I love apparently suck and have bad scores. Enchanted Arms is a good example, solid rpg. From now until about next spring/summer there are so many killer (hopefully) games coming out for the PS3, I still don't regret my purchase.

Well it's not easy here, but the store I was at had 2 left. All the more reason to be upset.

I don`t know your game preferences but if you simply
compare price over + value I say PS3, if your other option is 360
and here's why:

- PS3 machine technology is superior
- The new 40GB version costs the same as an xbox 360 premium,
has a bigger hard drive and, Blu Ray is alos a plus even if I don't
really care at the moment.
- The PS3 controller is less bulkier fits perfectly in my hands and
comes with an integrated rechargable battery, Xbox rechargable
batteries are extra.
- PSN Network, gives you the ability to play you favorite games
online FREE of charge.
- PS3 reliability is top notch, can't say the same for the 360 who
has overheating problems, disc scratching problems and red ring
of death problems. I know 3 people who bought a 360 and out of
the 3 all of them had to send their 360 for repairs within the initial
year of purchase.
- Playstation's are known for their wicked RPG games.

WEAK POINTS:

- Games available aren't legions but 2008 seems very promising,
an the upcoming exclusive titles will trump the 360's IMO simply
because they are varied. They aren't only First person shooters.

Thats pretty much what went through my head and made me purchase a PS3 over the 360 last week.

Folklore is far from getting shitty reviews here are some ratings found on it's wikipedia page:

IGN 9 out of 10 Editor's Choice
GameZone 9 out of 10 Editor's Choice
Games Radar 8 out of 10
OPM Australia 8 out of 10 Bronze Award
PS3 Fanboy 8 out of 10
GameSpy 4 out of 5
1UP 7.5 out of 10
GameTrailers 7.2 out of 10
Gamespot 7.0 out of 10

There's a downloadable demo if you want to test it out.

Sweet, I'll have to check that out.

Just found out Assassin's Creed is out now too and Haze is out in a few days. If only Metal Gear 4 and GTA 4 werent delayed this would be one hell of a year. 2008 will be one hell of a year now though methinks.
