Some one before metioned the Wii not having 3rd party support, well did anyone else notice the quiet release of rockstar table tennis for it? This could mean GTA for the Wii, enough to get any gamer excited!

I'm pretty sure its been officially stated that, after negotiations, GTA IV won't be coming to Wii- but yes, the partnership is there now, and we can hope that future GTA games...

I'm expecting something along the lines of the gta games that came out for the psp. Striped down versions coz there no way the wii will be able to run gta 4.

I've been playing Fallen Sword quite a lot lately. It's a free web-based MMORPG that has amazing depth and thousands of players and guilds. I started it just because I've heard about it from some friends and I thought that this would be stupid and over in less than a few hours but during the last days I got really hooked and been playing for severals hours every day.
If you decide to try it, send me a message so that I can help you a bit at the start with advice and some gold/items, my character there is called Grundbar.

Oh and here's a nice button-link:

If you're addicted to that, don't start playing WoW...

Hehehe I've been playing WoW for about 2 years since it started. I got addicted, not too much but enough to not care about other things much. On one hand, I consider those 2 years totally wasted since I finished nothing during that time. On the other hand even after almost a year of absence (oh yes I DID manage to quit!) I miss it and I don't regret playing it. It is, after all, according to my humble opinion one of the best games ever. I just regret that I didn't control my time better.

No... not wrong at all. You're a man after all and she's hotter than the core of a blue giant star. And by the way, she turns me on as well...

Cowboy Bebop is so win.

Trigun is too, but the art/animation is rather lacking sometimes.

Evangelion is a mindfuck.

Ah Trigun! I loved this series so much I actually watched it twice! Now that I remembered this I also remembered that I promised to myself to watch Cowboy Bebop again as well and haven't done it yet. Hmmm I should probably get to it soon.

just to nag you a little I watched Trigun and Cowboy Bebop about 5 times each... yeah I had a lot of time on my hands hehe

I`m probably going to wait to get it used. I just purchased Folklore used at ebgames so that should keep me busy for a while!

I normally do that, but the demo made it so I couldn't wait. Reviewers are claiming its a short game, but for its style I don't think it is. I'm 8 hours and 20 minutes in and about 85% complete. I estimate a finish time of about 9/9:30 hours which is longer than many action games I've played (Metal Gear 1 and 2, Resident Evil 2, Tomb Raider Legend, ZOE 1 and 2 to name a few).

The difficulty has really ramped up right now too, I usually play a first time through on Normal and then move on to Hard, I dunno if I wanna see this game on Hard or its unlockable 'Crusher' mode.

How is Folklore in your opinion? I'm really excited about that one too.

I've only played 40 minutes yesterday and I'll give it some more time tonight. so far I like what I see great animation and intriguing story. I'll give my opinion on the fighting mechanism later on as I haven't spent much time with it so far. All in all, it gave me a first good impression but like any good old RPG you have to give the story time to sink in to really tell if it's worthy.

IMO PS3 is a better value hardware wise.
If you want the equivalent with a 360 you'd have to buy a hd-dvd drive, and a wifi module to get wi-fi networking which would cost 360$ more on top of the regular price of the pro version...

Little things like integrated battery for the controller also helps put the ps3 ahead hardware wise.
Plus I just got the news that PS3 will be able to play DIVX and Xvid files when the next firmware update comes through.

I also like the fact that with the PS3 you can have multiple HDD for your system, but with the 360 you get the one you get and thats it.

I think Sony pulled it off this time. PS2 was my favorite system because of the games, but I know hardware wise it wasn't anywheres near the best system.

Guitar Hero III. They've really amped up the difficulty on this one. I was having problems with hard for the first time in ages.

Haha, call me a Matrix fanboy, but I've been playing The Matrix: Path of Neo for the PC, and so far I've enjoyed it more than I could have imagined. So what if the graphics glitch and cause bad framerates even at low settings, as long as I get to bash agents in the head with a metal pole, I'm in!

Anyway, the controls alone make this a great game, it has already surpassed Devil May Cry in that area. And unlike Enter the Matrix, this actually feels like the movie, big plus! Playing with a gamepad is a definitive must, good thing my PS2 adapter still works.

Is the AI really as bad as IGN claims it to be? It would be annoying to play a game like that with braindead guards.

@_@

I think my dad & brother collectively have all the BG and Icewind Dale games, so I'm gonna play through all those.
