Well, yeah, but that's not really the point. Yes, the Blackhawks have sucked for many years (due in large part to a shitty owner who is now gone), but a rivalry is a rivalry no matter the standings. In fact, the Hawks have pretty much owned the Wings this year despite having an overall disappointing season...again.
