I think I know how it goes, at least, we have a game called King as well. Is it a game you can play with three or four players, where you have a different little rule every round, such as "don't haul in any hearts" or "don't haul in the seventh and last strike", and points are first counted up, then down again?

UHMYGAD! YOU KNOW KING! but i never played that with 3 players, only 4 total. there is a similar game for 3 called Bismarck, but i've never played it.

yeah, it's like that.
1 - no tricks (i think that's what you call winning each round of 4 cards)
2 - no hearts
3 - no queens
4 - no men (jacks and kings)
5 - no king of hearts
6 - no last 2 tricks
--points are counted and go towards each player's negative score --
then there are 4 games to try and go positive (and hopefully more so than everyone else), each person gets to pick a game (to get or not to get tricks). there's a bit more to that but i won't go into detail.

You can play it with three, you just take out a 2 of any game. And yes, I play it too, though I'm not that good at it. My girlfriend's absolutely fantastic at it though.

Do you play Manilla too? You play it with 4 players too, you take cards 7 and up of every game, and each player in turn picks a game. One exception: 10's are called Manillas and are highest.

Remeniscing by playing Pirates again for the first time in ages.

Playing through bioshock again. Just finished Half-life 2 episode 2 and I don't thing game endings get much more depressing than that.

Have you finished Portal? It's cool to see how the two games are connected, Half-life and Portal I mean. Hopefully we'll see a return of The Test Subject in Half-life 2 episode 3.

I've been playing Zelda for the Wii. I've put in roughly 8 hours, it's a good game but I can't wait for SSBB. Let me telly you.

I have to return my copy of The Orange Box. The damn thing gets to the menu screen and it won't respond at all. So, now it's off to Bestbuy to fight with their "customer service" professionals.

Been playing Rock Band and COD4.

I'll have to find some time to play Devil May Cry 4 more often.
I also bought Zack and Wiki for the Wii but haven't had the time to play it yet.
I really have to stop buying games lol

One week till Smash Bros, motherfuckers! This time next week I expect to be destroying DW and proving beyond all doubt that Montreal is better than Toronto. This will be especially true if DW's favourite character is Yoshi or a Pokemon.

Going through Eye of the Beholder once again (3rd or 4th time). This time I decided to use maps and walkthroughs so as not to miss anything! Damn this game is hard without maps.

Oblivion - k3wl. " By Azura, by Azura!!!"

Fifa 2008 - wow.. this is one fucked up piece of shit game. Goalkeepers take saves almost every ball, except for the up close balls, you can't make intelligent passes like in PES - most annoying thing of all, your players are for the most part slow and can't make quick sharp turn dribblings, and the opponent are not design to be fooled at all, they will snatch the ball regardless of how you dribble - make a slow 90 degree turn at full speed and they practically don't care, yoink! I really miss being able to make my PES dribblings, but they really don't work in this game, and that together with the passing are the worst thing about this game... and oh.. for some reason your defense really suck at heading the ball away during crossins and cornerkicks... weird...

CoD4 - still k3wl, i'm getting the hang of it... I'm always among the top 3 in headquaters.. w00t.. an online game i'm actually good at Only thing i dislike about this game... the sniper riffles doesn't fucking work the way they should!!! I even once snuck up on one from behind all silently, I then aimed carefully.. and bang! ... nothing. Some ppl have been complaining about some bugs with some of the sniper riffles, on how they ignore the target or something. Does matter though, i'm a lousy sniper - i only know how to get shot by one myself, and i fucking hate it.


Once i'm done with Oblivion i will buy Lost Odessey!! wee.. but that could take a while, cuz i just made a new character and started to powerlevelling him - after 8 hours of doing so i'm way stronger than my other character whom i have been playing for 52 hours

You are never done with Oblivion! Haha I have one character that has total play-time around 275 hours... and I still play it. Especially when I figured out that dungeons respawn after a long time! By the way, if you're playing on the PC you are probably already aware that there are hundreds if not thousands of mods you can download and use to add extra replayability and things to do. The official expansion Shivering Isles will also give you 30-50 hrs extra gametime.

That's a cool game but a can get a little repetitive after a while if you only play the single player campaign. Multiplayer and downloaded scenarios add a lot of value to it though. By the way, since I mentioned Eye of the Beholder just before, did you know that they is a very good Eye of the Beholder scenario/mod for NWN ? I had played some early version and I found it a little faithful and reminiscent of the original. I'm sure the finished version of that scenario/mod should be very good.

It sucks because I was obsessed with Oblivion for a while, but I stopped playing when school started. So, I picked it up again a few weeks ago, but everything is fucking impossible! I guess the monsters just leveled up or something (I think my guy is lvl 17/18) because I tried like five different quests and they were all really fucking hard.

The enemies do level with you. My character is level 28 and the game is so fucking hard, I've completed like 3 Oblivion gates and they are really challenging. It's made the game alot more fun though, it wouldn't be fun if it was easy.

I've been playing WoW, Guild Wars and CSS lately.

I cant get enough of WoW though.

So my brother and I purchased a 360. I've only been playgin Devil May Cry 4, really.

I know the enemies should level with you, but come on! It takes me like five minutes just to kill the animals I meet on the road. Maybe I need some new spells or something...
