Once i'm done with Oblivion i will buy Lost Odessey!! wee.. but that could take a while, cuz i just made a new character and started to powerlevelling him - after 8 hours of doing so i'm way stronger than my other character whom i have been playing for 52 hours

You are never done with Oblivion! Haha I have one character that has total play-time around 275 hours... and I still play it. Especially when I figured out that dungeons respawn after a long time! By the way, if you're playing on the PC you are probably already aware that there are hundreds if not thousands of mods you can download and use to add extra replayability and things to do. The official expansion Shivering Isles will also give you 30-50 hrs extra gametime.

It sucks because I was obsessed with Oblivion for a while, but I stopped playing when school started. So, I picked it up again a few weeks ago, but everything is fucking impossible! I guess the monsters just leveled up or something (I think my guy is lvl 17/18) because I tried like five different quests and they were all really fucking hard.

The enemies do level with you. My character is level 28 and the game is so fucking hard, I've completed like 3 Oblivion gates and they are really challenging. It's made the game alot more fun though, it wouldn't be fun if it was easy.

I know the enemies should level with you, but come on! It takes me like five minutes just to kill the animals I meet on the road. Maybe I need some new spells or something...

In the PC version game options, there's a difficulty slider/setting (not sure about the console versions) where you can make the game and the enemies easier if it's too hard. Have you tried that ? If you're playing on the pc you can also download mods to fix the auto-leveling into something more logical.

The difficulty slider's there on the 360 version. It's literally a lifesaver.

I hope ID Software eventually releases the original Quake for X-Box Live Arcade. There really isn't much on XBLA that interests me right now, other than games that I've already downloaded. The Wii Virtual Console seems a lot better.

Okay, next weekend, I plan to pick up two games. One of them will be Mega Man X Collection. The other will be some Game Boy Advance game. But I don't yet know which one. I'm seriously leaning towards Metroid Fusion. But I'm also considering Golden Sun, Mario Golf, Zelda: The Minish Cap, Advance Wars, and Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts.

I've decided: I'm not buying any GBA game. Instead, I'm going to download Super Puzzle Fighter II HD for X-Box Live Arcade.

Nice. I want that game too, it's 400 points right? Hmm, I think I have enough to buy it.

They usually can be found around (and inside) caves, woods and sometimes close to lakes. It's a low level enemy so you only encounter them up to lvl 15 or so. They look like a yellow fluorescent blob flying in the air.

Those things used to scare me they would follow me through a whole cave, even through the doors. But now I'm level 31 and yeah you don't see em anymore and if I did I would rape them. 4 times.

I've decided, may be I will pick up a GBA game after all. Namely Rayman Advance. I used to have the PS1 version, but the game was just too difficult for me. I heard the GBA version's considerably easier. How is it and how does it compare to the PS1 version IYO?

I need help!!

I have a Halo edition XBOX360. I'm working on my 2nd copy of The Orange Box and it won't play. It gets to the menu screen and I can't select anything with my controller. It's like my controller isn't connected. I should be able to select a game and the 360 acts like it just doesn't recognize my controller. It's the strangest thing I've encountered so far. My controller works for every game we've bought for the 360 except for TOB. Does anyone have ant troubleshooting suggestions?

I've heard about this problem, it's not your system it's the game itself. I'm sorry I don't know how to fix it, but if I do find something I'll post about it.

Thanks for the information. I hope Bestbuy will accept the return. This is my 2nd copy and both have done this. I'll try to get them to let me exchange it for a different game.

Sins of A Solar Empire. Such an awesome awesome game that is off the epic scale. You start off looking at your starting planet and then zoom out to see a couple of planets near you. Then you zoom out and see more, then you see the star that the planets orbit. Then you zoom out even more and see more stars and more and more and more and finally so see the whole galaxy :omfg:

Oh great, now I have Oblivion too. Bye bye school.

Started to play as an Imperial fighter, custom class (Duellist, specialised in Blades, Speechcraft, Mercantile and whatnot). Drooling at the sights.

Okay, I picked up Rayman Advance for GBA and Starfox Adventures for GameCube. Both are great games (although the music in Rayman Advance could be better IMO).

I would never get past level 20 or so in oblivion before I'd start over with a different race and skill set. heh.

Right now I'm playing The Witcher for PC... fuckin awesome RPG. My only complaint is that it moves a little slow, but it's still great.

Also, I'm always playing a little Team Fortress 2 now and then.
