Batman Forever (again) - Huge drop in quality after Returns. That had Danny DeVito being supremely creepy, this had Jim Carrey being annoying and Tommy Lee Jones... wtf? It's like he was trying to do an imitation of Jack N. from the first film and failed epic-ly. Val Kilmer is wooden, yet Nicole Kidman manages to steal the film by being the hottest thing ever. Like, yikes. 2/5

Sweeny Todd - Meh. Helena Bonham Carter and Alan Rickman have their moments, but it's very dull overall when someone's not dying. Plus, the romance subplot is terrible. There's better Acting and more Emotion in that moment when HBC is clearly in love with JD and he ignores her, than the lanky-haired lout in love with the blonde ever get. 3/5

Awake - 5/10, only because it's so predictable. Jessica Alba is so hot!!

He Was A Quiet Man - Weird yet well-acted 'man-goes-mental-at-work' thing, with added paraplegic romance! One for you, Jeff.

No, horrible movie. Horrible horrible acting. They are trying to be weird for the sake of being weird. Nothing flowed in that movie. I would actually say it is one of the worst movies I have seen. 1/10.

Worst movies you've seen?! Ridiculous.

Having had to sit through Alone In The Dark, it's like Slater's a different person in this. I'd say it's the best film I've ever seen him in bar True Romance.

What ev

True Romance stands alone for all time kick ass movies. I may be exaggerating about He Was a Quiet Man, but it is so frikin horrible I don't think anybody should waste their time or money on it. Not the worst movie I've seen though. I am really big on underground independent films, and I think they were trying way to hard to "fit in" with the crowd on this one. badbadbadbadbadbad....

Heavy Metal (original 1981 version). Interesting, to say the least. It's also not hard to see where cartoons like Beavis and Butt-Head owe a lot to this movie, especially for their whole art style.

Prince Caspian. As a movie, maybe an 8/10. As someone who religiously reads the book to this day. Maybe a 4/10. The lion, the witch and the wardrobe was extremely well done on film. And I was assuming Prince Caspian would be just as close, I was slightly disappointed by that. But as a movie, I still very much enjoyed it.

Since the new Indiana Jones film is coming out today, I'm sequentially watching the original Indy Jones trilogy over the next few days.

Nice, some of the best films ever. The new one is looking pretty damn good, and the reviews have been amazing so far. I wish they made more adventure films, it's really an unexplored genre.

The Last Samurai - Wow, this was way better the second time around. The acting is good, and the plot is exciting. Could've been shorter though.

Jackass Number 2 - yes i find Jackass funny. anywa, i don't think it was as funny as the first one, although it was far more painful and disgusting. still good though.

Requiem for a Dream - it didn't make me cry, but it was very good indeed.

The new Indiana Jones

Leeds, England yyeeeeaaaaahhhhhhh

There was a big cheer in the cinema when it turned out that was where John Hurt's character was from. And some guy sitting behind me gasped excitedly "oh my god Indiana Jones said leeds"

indiana Jones - Raiders of the lost ark...

Very entertaining, but it got a little stupid when they opened the ark. But still a very good movie. Can't wait for the new one.
