I'm planning a "Trilogy-movie-day" soon, anything that I really should have for this, beside the obvious ones like LOTR?

True. The original trilogy is fucking classic and should still be watched, though, and the new one ain't bad either.

I can't remember Ventress in the movie. What scenes was she in?

She's been in the animated series from Cartoon Network (which is now on DVD) and she was featured in the new animated movie the Clone Wars.

I know the character, I just can't remember her from the movie.

Alone in the Dark: agreed, one of the worst movies i've ever seen. first and last time i saw anything with Uwe Boll's name on it.

Trilogies: haven't seen it yet, but i heard the Infernal Affairs movies are really good. The Departed is based on IA #1, i think.

Other trilogies that would probably be fun to watch are the Lethal Weapons and the old Rambos, for a laugh.

Oh yeah, and I think Uwe Boll was also responsible for the shit fest that is Bloodrayne, as well as other turds.

if it's a videogame movie and it sucks, then there's a very good chance Uwe Boll was behind it. what an asshole.

The Lethal Weapon movie series is one of my favorites I watched them many times and still laugh and get a kick out of the action but ... they aren't a trilogy.

Weird how many trilogies spawn a forth movie way after the first original three ( Indianna Jones, Lethal Weapon, Rambo, Die Hard and soon to be Beverly Hills Cop)

Yeah he's responsible for lots of shit movies
- Bloodrayne 1 & 2 and a third one in works which will probably suck more than the first and second combined.
- Alone in The Dark and a second also in the works.... can you believe that ? urgh!
- In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale
- Farcry (upcoming...)

It's incredible how fast he gets this shit out.... it's almost like a perfect flow of diareha.

It wasn't that bad, I enjoyed it for what it was but I admit it could have been better especially given the really cool concept/Premise.

3/5 would be my rating

LOL it's true, though I was interested for a while to check out NotK cause it has Jason Statham in it, so it might be a decent action flick. But omfg, more BLoodrayne and Alone in the Dark?? Unfuckingbelievable.

Another thing about Uwe Boll is he's always capable of getting some well known actors in his movies, Ben Kingsley for Bloodrayne for exemple which is a frickin waste of talent. Don't get fooled by Jason Statham's presence .... a turd is a turd no matter how good an actor can be.

The Babysitters - indie movie about a babysitting-based prostitution business. a little unfocused but it did an entertaining job of covering various situations that could come up for that sort of thing. 7/10

The Dark Knight

Went to Manchester to watch it in the IMAX and it was an experiece, fantastic film. The guy sat next to me was hilarious, every jumpy moment he nearly shit his pants and in one silent tense moment i hear him say "Oh my lord...noooo..." and I look at him and he' watching the film through his hands.
