Guess the patch is out today, so I should be able to download it when I first start it up tonight.

The fact that Monster Hunter 2G and 3 are getting a American release gives me hope that it'll come over here soon after. MH3 looks stunning!

Good to hear, I got my copy a little earlier than expected seeing as how it's snowing and all. I didn't want to walk to the mall in the snow, so I went while I was working. HAR HAR im good.

Got Madden 09 for very cheap. Pretty fun, and pretty good Wii controls.

So Blonde

An adventure game about a girl named Sunny Blonde who ends up on an island in the Caribbean hundreds of years in the past. It has kind of a Monkey Island-vibe, obviously, but doesn't focus very much on the characters, and because the characters are in 3D, it's hard to see what their faces look like. Other than that it's a fun game, with a lot of cultural references (even an Ocarina of Time reference), and beautiful hand-drawn backgrounds.

Oh, and there's a sequence where you play strip-arm wrestling, which is funny because you progress in the game if you lose at it, which everyone tries to do anyway.

A 15 year old kid, who literally lives around the corner from me with his two sisters and parents, went missing over a week ago. I think the total amount of days missing is up to 9. He was an avid Call of Duty 4 player for the X-Box 360, he played more than he spent time at school. He ran away after his dad took his xbox and said that he will not be giving it back, kid said that if you wont give it back then I will run away. Sure enough he did. His bike was found in the ditch by a bike trail not too far from here. I didn't know the kid or the family, but I did go to high school with the oldest sister. This is 2 kids in the past several weeks who have gone missing in my area and have yet to be found.

What a fucked up world we live in.

Hahaha, didn't know CoD4 could bring out the fail in people in a WoW-way.

Hope the kid is okay and will turn up soon, but he is a serious brat.

Jeez, that's sad. Especially because the parents were probably doing the right thing. Obsessive gaming like that isn't good when it's all you do...

3 Ball is funz

Mega Man Anniversary Collection and Final Fantasy IV DS.

Both are awesome games. It's amazing how well even the original Mega Man holds up after over 20 years.

New Guitar Hero is out. I haven't played it, but from what I have heard it's not that good. Kinda weird how they fail at such an easy process.

I have the sniper scope on Crysis. I am become death, destroyer of worlds.

I'd love to have some kind of GTA style MP3 station on it so I could listen to Origin whilst reigning in blood, or Dead Can Dance whilst I trip out on the scenery.

Really? The setlist looked kind of weak, but it looked pretty damn cool- it even has a create your own music program! I'll check out reviews, but too bad to hear its not fun.

flOw is stunning.

Disappointing review on IGN. Apparently the music creator isn't nearly as good as it sounds. Rock Band 2 is probably a better bet at this point, at least you know what you're getting.

Yeah the IGN review didn't sound too great, but since Brahm has a Wii he may want to look into it. The Wii version got a better score.

EDIT - Fallout 3 review to be posted on IGN in 21 minutes. I am definitely waiting up to read/watch this. I will be getting Fallout 3 tomorrow around 5ish. Goodbye Fable 2.

Any knowledge as to why it got less on PS3? Not much lower, really, but even if it's just a few graphics things, I have both systems so I might as well get the better one.

I also cannot wait to play this. I watched the video review...fucking badass.

I was doing some reading and found out that the PS3 version crashes while you are online and a friend logs on. So i'm guessing this is why the score is slightly lower.
