Perhaps, but should they? The social boundaries seperating gender are becoming more and more blurred as time moves on.
Both males and females are doing it to have their egos stroked or to garner attention.
Social constructs are variable, both temporally and geographically, while the underlying cause of someone getting off on displaying themselves to strangers , while it may vary a bit, usually has something to do with ego fulfillment. as does everything, if you get right down to it: even Mother Theresa was a selfish person; she got whatever sense of gratification she got out of dedicating her life to charity. While there are acts of complete selflessness, the impetus for most acts are ego driven.
Still, this is all by the wayside. If someone wants to post their pics on a website, I really don't care, like I said: knock yourself out; this whole thing has been blown waaayyy out of proportion.
What the hell, there's something in this world for everybody.

if you want cara to stop posting pictures you're going about it the wrong way. it'd be way faster to scare her off by saying stuff like "i would bang cara like pots and pans on new years eve tbh" after every one

I'm hard pressed to consider her a Metal fan. Yeah she likes a few limp wristed power metal bands but that's about it. She probably likes the way they look more than they sound anyways. Nor does anyone force her to spam the picture thread a zillion times over. She's obviously looking for attention, or more accurately validation, and I'm quite convinced she likes the catcalls and wooing. Why the fuck else would she keep coming back? You can't be an unabashed whore for attention, and then balk when you start getting it. She wants to work up the virgins into a frenzy.

It's a 2 way street.
