Agoraphobic Nosebleed - Agorapocalypse
Believer - Gabriel
Carnivore - Carnivore
Carnivore - Retaliation

Thrash collection: 136. I didn't count Agoraphobic Nosebleed, I was counting Holy Moses from my last post.

Carnivore fucking RULES. Especially retaliation. Hugely underrated, I reckon. Very innovative for it's time and aggressive as fuck.

As for Agoraphobic Nosebleed, I'm really loving the album, which is saying something because I've never liked anything of theirs before. But the whole drum machine issue gets to me. Maybe I'm being too naive....

But it seems to me like all the fun of enjoying an awesome beat gets sucked out when you know it's not a human at a kit.

Anyone else have this problem?

Not really with that album. I put it out of my mind and didn't really notice it from then on. Great album.

Very few bands can pull drum machines off, but Aggro 'bleed are one of them. Others are Hate Forest, The Berzerker, Eldrig, The Acksis o'Perdyshun and I'm sure there's another but I've forgotten them.

Yeah, as I said, I really love the album.

And honestly, I've been trying really hard to ignore it but every time I listen to it, the thought affects me at least to some small degree.

Just bought

Suffocation - Effigy of the Forgotten/Pierced from Within
Troyka - Troyka

The second is a jazz trio with a lot of prog influences. The drummer is a guy I used to play with a lot (before he made it big :P )
