Jack Dee's "miserable" act gets old pretty quick IMO.

Whereas Frankie Boyle described Nick Griffin as looking like "a plucked owl that's been fast-tracked for management at Gregg's".

Frankie Boyle is an unfunny wankstain. Oh I get it, you're swearing....and talking loud. I think I just hate unfunny Scottish people more that unfunny anyone else. Stewart Lee did a good bit about Boyle recently - "Frankie has spent the last 3 years shouting down women on Mock the Week. Shout those women down, Frankie! Don't let them get a word in!"


Well, in terms of actual number of laughs provoked he is nearly always the funniest person on that show, by my observation. Whether that's because he shouts people down... I dunno. He definitely does go for it on that "scenes we'd like to see" round.

Stewart Lee does win, of course. My gf works at the Playhouse in Leeds where he is playing soon. It's all sold out so I'm relying on her to be able to get me a free ticket.
