Holy fucking shit cockdammers!!! A defeat, and a humiliating one. In six turns of gaming I only hit the enemy once in shooting. And I play with fucking Imperial Guard. GAAH!! My enemys casualties: One penal legioner and Sentinel(destroyed in assault with one entire platoon, wee). My casualties: 2 chimeras, two veteran squads, 3 sentinels and half a platoon command. Blah... I only got my platoon standing at the end of the game, and zero objectives... The dice gods did not favor me this day...

Oh, and this was a special game, therefor no HQ.

Cool, IG vs IG is always fun. Looks like you took quite a beating there, though. Never, EVER let Sentinels assault your basic infantry though, unless you can afford to.

Fuck, I wanna get back into playing Warhammer 40k again but it's so fucking expensive. It's a great time though.

Been really into board games the past few years. Me and a group of friends get together once every two weeks or so and play a good 6 hours of strategy board games. We get really into it and there's serious trash talking involved. Combined with a few beers and some highly competative NHL Arcade on the PS3 and it's the fucking best. Lately we've been playing Dominion a whole lot. It's basically a card game but you build your own deck during the game, it's really cool.

Playing through Demon's Souls again. Still undefeated by Black Phantoms, I've killed about 15-20 now, serves them right for invading my game and trying to kill me. Hiding in a room and jumping out at them blasting a Firestorm spell from the Dragon God soul and then stabbing them repeatedly with my halberd is the best feeling ever cuz you know someone out there in front of their tv is totally raging.

Sounds like alot of great times man. I haven't heard of Dominion, I'll have to check it out. I agree it gets expensive, I used to visit local hobby stores to help keep the poor guys going but some just overprice things a bit to much, so I tend to buy all my stuff(rpg & wargame) online cause the deals are so much better. I can't tell how much I've saved on that.

@ The Silent Man: Nice job dude, I hate when people do that shit, though I have yet to play DS, it sounds like it would suck majorly having to worry about some laggy prick trying to take me down while trying to get past the a.i. too. Can you tell if someone joins your game in advance?

Yeah, no matter where you are, even in a boss fight, a message on your screen will say "so and so has invaded" forget the exact wording right now, but yeah, it tells you. And then it spawns them somewheres near by, you never know, whats funny is that they can spawn in a bad place themselves, like in a mob of enemies and whatnot, I've had some Black Phantoms die before they even reach me, which is always hilarious.

Assassins Creed 2 is so awesome, I haven't even opened Left 4 Dead 2 because AC2 is so damn good. Reaching Rockstar level of awesomeness for open world fun.

take everything that was good and fun from the first one, improve it in every way and add much much more to it. That is AC2.

Took down my first super mutant on Fallout 3! Bastard's rocket launcher was no match for my running around in circles and throwing grenades.

Heh, what you really need to do in such an instance is run up real close to the muties, then unload with safety. Even a super mutie will be clever enough to put up his missile launcher, and he'll start using his fists. Use VATS a lot with explosives, since you're practically immortal while in the slow-motion sequences. Makes using a Fat Man much safer.

I suspected that after dropping a mine on one of those giant scorpion bastards at point-blank range did me no harm. Great stuff.

Using the Fat Man on those bastards is the saest way to go probably. I think they'll go down in two shots.

Err, super mutants (apart from Behemoths and perhaps Overlords) will generally go down to a single Fat Man shot. It's a nuke, man.

Naw I defused the bomb and got a free house from the sheriff. Currently trying to find that Family that stole the kid from the town on the bridge. Looked everywhere, can I find them? Can I arse.
