Just finished HL2 ep 2.

I feel your pain... what an ending.

Anyone know when Episode 3 is coming out? If it really is going to take place at Aperture Science Labs, then the game should be... dare I say it... a triumph.

So close to beating Assassins Creed 2 I can taste it. Will probably finish it tonight. After I finish it, I will probably let Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 consume my life again. I still need to beat Brutal Legend as well, but I doubt I will get through it. As I know my brother got me The Saboteur for christmas, and that games looks pretty sick.

Lots of games to beat! And BioShock 2 comes out next month, shit.

Anybody pumped for Red Dead Redemption? It looks amazing. A Grand Theft Auto game set in the Wild West is pure win.

Brutal Legend was the biggest disappointment of the year. :( And Gun was supposed to be like a GTA Western, but I never played that...

The difference between GUN and Red Dead Redemption is the fact that RockStar is actually making RDD, where GUN was not made by them. Plus, just on videos, preivews, and pictures alone, Red Dead Redemption is better than GUN.

As for Brutal Legend, there are a lot of people who disagree with you. Seeing as how many people have nominated for several different end of year lists. I have only played it for like an hour or 2, but I have no complaints. It's not amazing, but it is fun. IMO anyway.

I also forgot that after I beat Assassins Creed 2, I still have Left 4 Dead 2 to beat. I got it on release night, and I have yet to even take it out of its packaging.

I think I got my highscore today in CoD4: 144-23 with silenced P90, Deagle, UAV Jammer, Bomb Squad and Extreme Conditioning, on Overgrown, in hardcore TDM.

God of War on the PSP. As great as the Playstation 2 version so far. Excellent work of taking it to a portable console.

Those kinds of scores are impossible on consoles. The best I have ever done on 360/PS3 is 35-5 on my friends PS3 and 31-2 on my 360. Very good and incredibly flukey scores, but nothing compared to you PC gamers.

Since Kansas is currently being drilled with snow and I'll be stuck inside for the next couple days, I went ahead and bought Borderlands; freaking superb so far, some of the guns are absolutely insane in a very arcade-y way.

Xbox is behaving strangely. Red rings one minute, works fine the next. Is it on its last legs?

Mine red-ringed once, or so I thought. It turned out one of the cables weren't fully inserted.

That's not the red ring. The red ring is 3 flashing red lights. But I do remember the first time I got that sign that the cords arent plugged in, I freaked. But found out that it was just my AV cable wasn't in fully.

Stupid Microsoft.

It's funny really, consoles should be all about ease of use and "just working". I would not be surprised if my own Xbox 360 died any day now, but every single PC keeps soldiering on like there's no tomorrow and they are being used far more. The server PC was working 24/7 in a 30+ degrees Celsius room for about a year without breaking a sweat and the oldest computer around here must be atleast 6-8 years by now. It still works perfectly fine.

But I guess, Microsoft didn't build them, so...

Just finished Dragon Age and all I can say is
I think I like it even more than Mass Effect, and it even rivals Kotor 2 as my fav RPG ever.

And if Peter Jacksson ever felt like doing an epic fantasy tale again, this is it.

Now, the only question is what race and class I'm replaying as...
