From what I've played, it's fun. The friend thing isn't that annoying, although admittedly I haven't played it as much as DW. The driving is fun, and crashing through the windscreen is fun, and the new combat system is fun. Worth it, like the man says.

Hmmmmm, the Gamefaqs reviewers seem to have mixed feelings about the game. How linear is it compared to the prior three GTA's?

If you'd prefer a GTA III experience that doesn't feel outdated (because much as I love GTA III, it just does), go for San Andreas. But from what I've played, GTA IV seems pretty awesome.

Godammit, Chrono Trigger is a fantastic game! I can't believe I had that game in my drawer for half a year and neglected to ever finish it.

Bought Warhammer: Invasion this week and it's the best board game I've bought so far. It's only for 2 players and only takes 30-45 minutes per match. Which makes it ridiculously addictive.

That sucks, hope you get it fixed quick.

I've played some Just Cause 2 on the 360 and it's pretty fun. Wreaking havoc and chillin out. Though for everything it does right, there's something else it does wrong. Not buggy or anything, just some design decisions I wish they would have changed and fine tuned.

1-800-4-MY-XBOX sucks ass. I didn't get tech support from India when I called, but rather some American white girl that didn't have a damn clue what she was talking about. :lame:

Get that bitch fixed or replaced in time for the Reach beta, please.

probably going to buy an arcade bundle for $200.00 then sell my old one for $100.00 after I get it back from Mocroshit.

When my second xbox red ringed I got some indian guy that I couldn't understand and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself, so my aunt ripped the phone out of my hands and said "can we please get somebody who speaks English" then handed the phone back to me. It was kinda hard for me to keep a straight face while listening to this guy apologize and then try to explain things to me.

That game won my heart over a few months ago, what a fantaaaastic game.

I started FF XIII, the music rocks, the story is pretty cool, pretty diverse. but man is it ever linear, like others have mentioned. I was hoping it'd get to be less linear when you really get into it, but really, not so much.

However, naturally being a female, Chocobo's in afro's win my little heart.

I'm about 14 hours into Chrono Trigger now, and the story is really throwing me in for a loop. It's easy to keep track of everything but at the same time there's all kinds of twists. I'm loving it.

And all this talk about FFXIII being linear is really turning me away from it. Plus, this is the first time that a Final Fantasy game has ever been released on a console that I own (except for remakes), so I have no idea what to expect. The most recent FF game I've played is the VI remake on the GBA, and that's basically the definition of non-linear. Easily one of my favorite RPGs of all time.

You should play the remake of Final Fantasy V for the GBA. The Job system in that game is fucking amazing. Also, it doesn't take itself seriously, which is quite refreshing for an RPG. Also, it has some of the best music in the FF series.

Find it, and play it. It rules.

I have played it, but I still prefer FF VI, personally. The story is fucking incredible and the characters are very memorable.

But yeah, the job system is definitely awesome.

Word. I prefer V over VI, as awesome as VI is. IX and V are probably my favorites thusfar.

VI is definitely my favourite, after that is a tie between VII and X.
