Hung Parliament- a phrase of the moment
Hanged Parliament- mps all undergoing capital punishment in a retro style

playing on the fact that people get confused about what the past participle of "to hang" is.

It's really hilarious when you think about it!

participles =/= hilarity. But I like it. Too bad I'm across the pond. Only our juries get hung, not Congress. My friend totally passed on Ontological Evisceration like I initially wanted.

How funny that Fred Phelps used to be a civil rights lawyer. Apparently he was debarred for being an arsehole.
