My electronic music final song

We had to make a 2-3 minute song for my electronic music class. I'm not exactly happy with it and there's some parts I would change. But check it out and give me some feedback.

Really nice. I like how it's textured, and the subtle dissonances too. Only thing I'm not sure about is the sub-bass, it's attack is a bit long, it almost seems to be coming in off-time which I'm sure wasn't really the intention.

Which DAW do you use? Any free VSTs I should know about?
