Also, I was in an argument about Lesnar/Carwin in another forum and I'm just kinda gonna post it up here because I'm SICK of people talking shit on Carwin or saying he's somehow outclassed as far as facing Cock Blesnar. And also, what are you guys' thoughts on that fight?
I've been following Carwin since his debut at UFC 84 on the prelims, in which he basically punched right through some guy I can't remember the name of.
The guy is totally legit and I'm sick of people questioning him as a fighter. What does he have to prove? So what if he hasn't been to later rounds? The man has a perfect game for MMA, a strong wrestling base, great clinch, great control, and retardedly heavy hands. He's also extremely intelligent and is coached by one of the better guys in the sport right now.
Carwin wins the fight, either in the first round by TKO or I see him winning a decision.
Brock's only hope in this fight is to get Carwin down and keep him there. I don't see him taking out Carwin on the feet or by sub at all. Carwin's hands are too good and he's got the Jackson Camp behind him working with that. He's not going to be afraid to clinch up with Brock, either, and work him against the fence or even put him on his back. Carwin isn't a guy who fights scared.

I think Carwin and Lesnar are both badass dudes but People are putting way too much into Carwin's stopping power, saying he'll knock Brock out in the first and all that... .

Which basically leaves him KOing, TKOing, or having his opponents tap to strikes ( The two marked as just submission are both strikes as far as I know ) his opponents 83% of the time in the first round. Even if the submissions to strikes were excluded he has practically a 60% first round T(KO) finish ratio.
