I gave this two listens and it's just not good. 60/100, tops.

I'm not sure where you guys are hearing "messy." I don't hear that at all. Yeah, the songs are not predictable, but they're far from messy. And I find this one to be just as experimental as the first, only this time with better songs, better playing, and better vocals. Everything is much tighter. Still balls-out awesome, though.
