Really? Wow. Pretty damn solid album if you ask me, my first Megadeth.

Couple of less good songs on it but the high points are so damn high.

Peace Sells kicks your ass from beginning to end. How it could ever be considered inconsistent, especially from a supposed Megadeth fan, is beyond me.

what are the less good songs? The Conjuring? Devils Island? Cause I can't find one song I'd consider less good, it's a classic from the time you press play to the time it's over and you can't help but press play again.

Certainly not Devil's Island...

"Less good" is relative, obviously... this is Megadeth we are talking about. But when I play that album I generally skip over The Conjuring and I Ain't Superstitious. I don't like Bad Omen as much either. That still leaves 5 out of 8 songs that in my opinion are the best thrash metal evers.

I use to skip over I Aint Superstitious all the time. But, I gave it a real listen once and it turned out it was an ok cover. It picks up and gets all Megadeth thrashy at the end, and all the song does is give you a short break before the shredding begins again. I like it.

As for The Conjuring and Bad Omen.. Well sure they aren't Wake Up Dead or My Last Words or Good Mourning/Black Friday good, but they are still 2 kick ass songs that most 80s band can't match.

I do like I Ain't Superstitious, but it's a novelty cover version which is fun but not quite the thrash awesomeness that is, say, Devil's Island.

Not meaning to badmouth the album... It's one of my favourites. I think RiP is better though... not a single moment that is anything less than awesome.

Dawn Patrol? I like it, but I'd take IAS over it any day.

Supposed? I've been listening to them for over a decade.

And Rio summed up my thoughts on Peace Sells rather nicely.

I didn't mean it as a personal attack, just saying I don't know how fans could argue it.

I like RiP but I love PSBWB. Peace Sells is thrashier and "meaner" where RiP is bascally a speed metal album with a shit load of solos. Well I'll take a shit load of solos with my thrash instead please.

My favorite Megadeth album. It also contains my least favorite Megadeth song, "A Tout le Monde." I actually think the re-recording with Scabbia on guest vocals is much better.

Every other song on this album smokes!
