Stuck on the bank robbery mission on GTA4. My useless Irish companions keep getting themselves shot.

Finally bought a Halo game (Halo 3).

I don't get all the love for this shit... It's pretty good but pretty generic.

Halo 3 is pretty weaksauce, but Halo, Halo 2, Halo ODST are all great and the new Halo Reach looks pretty awesome.

Most modern FPS games are pretty tiresome imo. Grizzled Space Marine Fights Generic Alien Race #375 doesn't really seem all that appealing to me, nor does Ultra-Realistic [Insert War Here] Shooter #223.

Yes but slaying dragons and saving princesses is awesome!

I usually feel that way but with Borderlands the addition of RPG style leveling and the sheer quantity and variety of guns made for an enjoyable game.

I don't understand what you guys are talking about. Starcraft 2 is the only game worth playing right now.

and if you don't play computer games, Starcraft 2 is pointless.

Never interested in Starcraft 2, though I thought regional restrictions was a very smart way to go (no one wants to face those Koreans!).

Starcraft 2 is the first RTS in a long while that actually interests me. And the online matchmaking is fantastic, so no matter what your skill level is, you can always get some wins in. I definitely encourage everyone to try it out.

I would play FPS games more on pc if I had the time or money to actually buy/upgrade a decent pc. But I don't.

Halo 1 is the only really, really great Halo game. The rest are close to greatness but the magic of the first game isn't there. I have very high hopes for Reach though.

I don't get things like this. You'd rather play Halo 1 than Halo 3? Although Halo 2 and Halo 3 is probably is one of the only examples where I'd say the sequel was the lesser of the two games, they're both huge upgrades over Halo 1 in terms of gameplay. Like, Super Smash Bros. was a great game for its time and I loved it, but I can't even play it anymore because it's so much worse than Melee and Brawl.

Just finished Starcraft 2 on brutal. Huge fuckin' waste of time. But fun.
