It is more like a pleasing mulch of different types of rotten vegetable forming a pungent compost.

This sounds pretty interesting. Would other doom related black metal like Forgotten Tomb be a point of reference? I've never really been into or heard much doomdeath stuff like MDB.

It doesn't much like Forgotten Tomb at all, honestly. Maybe like Aeternus with a more old school feel?

Weird.

Anyroad, Rio mentioned early MDB in the review, that is a good starting point. As you've not heard much doomdeath just imagine Celtic Frost riffage and some blastbeats and I think you've gotten closer. There are two tracks from the EP on their myspace, which is linked in Rio's review. Give them a listen.

I think its mostly because I thought Aeternus were black metal before hearing them.

Yeah largely agreed with Emperor. The best thing to do really is to check the myspace link, as it's very difficult to try and sum them up in reference to other bands. The best I could do was suggesting a blackened version of stuff like early MDB.

I try but my internet is SHIT. I'm a mile away from the router due to living in a granny flat behind someones house.

A reader score of 100 / 100 by Anonymous... I wonder if someone from the band has been visiting.
