I think there is enough of us on here to get a good game up and going.

what say ye?

I saw you online earlier and it said you were playing NHL.

Anyway, finished the Reach campaign today, and though I agree it's maybe a bit too short and the story is surprisingly disappointing, it's probably my second favorite campaign of the series behind Halo: CE. They crammed a TON of cool stuff into single player. And the multiplayer options are phenomenal. It's going to be interesting to see what will happen to the franchise now that Bungie's gone, though.

Yeah, canon wise the campaing was really a bummer. I expected something more in the lines of The Fall Of Reach... supafun though!

Imma captain soon, gonna get those ODST shoulders asap, yeah!

NHL 11, like Halo, just came out. So I'm balancing both games into my play schedule.

Fuck, that is breathtaking. I hope they improve on the gameplay though, and less big daddy bullshit, please.

I'm gonna have to do some good thinking on the choice of whether to get MoH or CoD...

In other news, just been promoted to 1vs1 gold league Starcraft 2 after a short spell in silver.

Just got done watching Halo: Legends. Pretty cool stuff. Origins Pt. 1 reveals some interesting things about the forerunner, and most episodes are just plain awesome. The only episodes I didn't like were Odd One Out (cutesy anime and Halo do NOT mix) and The Duel (Cool animation, but the odd Asian-style setting is distracting and annoying).

go for CoD. Black Ops is actually looking pretty damn cool, and the multiplayer is looking to be pretty deep.

I liked the storyline in Mafia II alot more and I also liked the characters more, none of them were really obnoxious like in GTA4.. And although this is an odd reason to like a game more, I love the fact that there was no online modes and the game itself was more linear. I don't have 60 hours these days to find some random guy on some street corner so I can drive him home. GTA4 took me 56 hours to beat and had the same amount of story as the 12 hours Mafia II took me.. I hate pointless sidequests and when they are there the completist in me feels the need to do them all. Also GTA4 was completely ruined for me with the cell phone, most people dont really see it as a big deal but I really really fucking hated it. Also Mafia II had better shooting mechanics which is important in games like that.

Aren't you one of the hardcore RPG guys? Cause that's basically every RPG game I've ever played.
