Yes.

Overheating was the main problem with the earlier systems. They seem to have fixed that problem, but it still pops up now and again.

Turning the XBox sideways seems to have worked. There's a bit at one end that always seems to heat up, so I stick that at the top. And am getting better at MW2, not so hard to aim with practise.

Fable 3 came out today, got an 8.5/10 from ign. Gamestop fucked up my online pre-order so I'm going to have to go in store to get a copy but may not get the collectors edition now.. :/

Are the slim xboxes loud as fuck? On my elite, if I don't install the game to the hard drive it screams like a gorilla the whole time its on :(

don't get any further into any of your games and call Microsoft and bitch like you've never bitched before. There is no reason why a brand new system should be having that many problems. If you get angry enough they'll sweeten the pot and give you free xbox live gold and probably extend your warranty all for free.

The stand for my tv broke. The ps3 helps balance it and keep it standing. What a great way to spend 500$.
