6 straight losses! woot!! 1 win in our last 10 games! double woot!!

I actually want them to continue losing. Our record now is 5-6-3, let's make it 5-68-3. Hopefully then real change will happen.

I am totally serious.

Sucks to have a great start and get expectations up only to follow it with misery.

I don't think my expectations were too high. I just knew that we couldn't do worse than last season. The good start fed the sheep.

And then Boston gets another top two pick. Please Toronto, please let this not happen. This turnaround has been brutal for you guys.

Meanwhile I'm happy with my Habs. A bit of a rough patch last week and a very bad game against Ottawa but they played well against Vancouver last night. Gionta is finally starting to get points. As for Gomez... God, what a goddamn waste of 7.5 million dollars. Most games he might as well not even be there for the little he tries.

I want Boston to get another high pick. Fuck MLSE, let them squirm as the Bruins pick another superstar. I may as well become a Bruins fan. They've got Mart Stuart who should of been a Leaf. Tuuka Rask, Tyler Seguin, Jared Knight, and whoever they draft this year. Anyone know a cheap site to buy Bruins jerseys?

Great win over Boston last night. Pretty intense the whole way through, our power play is finally clicking, my boy Gionta got the game winner and Gomez finally got a point. Oh, and Price played awesome. I'm happy all around.

Chara is the man. Lucic is the one who is overrated.

Lucic is not overrated, he plays the game hard like it should be.

lost to Vancouver last night, 5-3. We were staying blow for blow with them until Giggy let in that weaksauce goal against Raymond. It's nice to see Kessel giving a shit again, now if only we had other players who can score and who care and who have some size.

also, Kadri played last night and looked pretty good. He seemed a little slow at times, but definitely looked like he belonged. Hopefully the points start coming for him. Also, Keith Aulie (young d-man we got in the Phaneuf trade) made his NHL debut and looked alright. He didn't do anything wrong, so what more could you ask for from a young 6'5" defensive d-man?

My fantasy team has been going to shit ever since Chicago started to suck :)

I got Sharp, Hossa, Keith and Turco and they're just racking up the losses and minuses.

Doesn't help that my fourth overall pick Martin Brodeur is being surprisingly putrid as well.

Yahoo ranking him at #3 doesn't seem so far-fetched now.

That's pretty much it.

Crazy win for the Leafers last night. Was down 3-0 and 4-1 and came back to win 5-4. Kinda scary when Giggy went down in the 3rd but Gustavsson looked great in relief. I'm getting very tired of Brett Lebda, he's a turnover machine. He pinches in a lot but always turns into an odd man rush against. His turnover last night was terrible, just terrible. But man, Luke Schenn has been a beast this year. He's so calm with the puck, his first pass is great, he's physical, and last night was rewarded for his efforts.

Now let's get Phaneuf back, get rid of Lebda, and continue to play hard and fast like last night.
