I think Lil Nog should of won his fight. He out kickboxed Bader, and everytime he got taken down he was quickly back to his feet.

Very forgettable PPV... The preliminaries shown on Spike were awesome though! Check em out if you can.

The fight was a joke to begin with. I figured Cro Cop would stall out like he has been lately but watching Mir do absolutely nothing to finish the fight or change the pace was terrible. He claims to be a very cerebral fighter, and he's intelligent, so why wasn't he applying a better gameplan? I mean at least go for the fucking double leg against the fence. Change levels. He yells at everyone else to do it when he's behind the mic.

It was a really disappointing card. The prelims were the best part of it and 4 of them were free on Spike.

As for Bader/Nog. Bader edged the fight, sorry. Nog was coming back at the end and if he would have stayed strong that entire last round I could have seen him maybe getting the nod. He got taken down again and beaten on.

I love Lil Nog but at this rate I don't think he will ever be a contender like he was years ago. He hasn't really improved too much and if he can't avoid strong takedowns at LHW he's in a lot of trouble.

Cro Cop needs to just retire, no disrespect to the man.
He's had his day.

I totally agree. I think he should have retired a long time ago after the Pride 06 OWGP.

Anyone watching WEC tonight? It should make up for the boring mess that was UFC 119. There's some excellent fights on the card and if you have Versus definitely don't miss it or DVR it.

Anyone have any picks or fights they're looking forward to? I really think Aldo/ Gamburyan will probably be kinda eh. I don't really think Manny is all that great and Aldo shouldn't have much trouble with him, but maybe I am totally underestimating Manny.

Varner and Cerrone is kinda meh because it has been done... I'm hoping the Cowboy puts Varner away because Varner is a chump.

Also The Korean Zombie Chan Sung Jung is back and hopefully won't get robbed like he did in his last fight. I think he shouldn't have much trouble putting George Roop, a TUF castaway gone featherweight, away.

Big fail for you, sir. It was way better than 119.

I had to laugh at The Korean Zombie, he really looked like a zombie out there, hands way way down and no footwork, just sort of stutter stepping around craving brains.

No one excited about UFC121 tonight? I'm fucking dying from excitement. Very hard card to pick, all guys are real tough.

I'm thinking Brock takes this one despite my love for Cain as a true mixed martial arts fighter, the total package. As much as he has all the tools, Brock's strength, size and wrestling will probably suffocate him anyway.

I wasn't really excited for last nights card. The last UFC left a bad taste in my mouth and this one wasn't really any better. I was very satisfied with the main event since I don't have to deal with Brock as the HW champion any longer, but other than that it was just an alright even.

Too bad Kampmann couldn't separate and take advantage of Shields more on the feet. He could have totally had that fight.

But yeah... I can't think of any upcoming matches I'm too excited for. Rest of the year is looking kinda eh.

UFC 123 looks pretty good to me. I'm especially excited to see Sotiropoulos again, he's one of my favorite fighters. The main events are interesting though I fear Penn vs Hughes will be depressing, at least for me as a Penn fan and Machida will probably pick Rampage apart.

Lesner is not going back to the WWE. That would screw up whatever WWE has planned for Wrestlemania.

The Undertaker got taken out by NXT that allowed Kane to "bury" the Undertaker in the "Buried Alive Match" at Bragging Rights and retain the World Heavyweight Championship.. The Undertaker is legit injured and will be out for an uknown time. It's going to be Kane vs Undertaker in a Retirement Match. Plus the Undertaker will have to deal with NXT anyway. "The Next Big Thing" will not be even near this. I'll be surprised if he does.

Yushin Okami vs either Anderson Silva or Vitor Belfort.

Does Okami really stand a chance against either? I think not.

Wow, BJ... Man he was fired up. Love it.

And I would never have guessed Rampage would win a decision, I thought Machida would cruise through him and that Rampage only had a puncher's chance. Machida looked a bit hesitant pulling the trigger though and Rampage definitely came to fight.

Sotiropoulos contines to be one of the most entertaining fighters around. Loved him against Lauzon, I wish we could see more of that kind of grappling where both guys are hell bent on finishing the fight instead of just holding on to top position.

GSP or Koscheck?

GSP said on a Canadian sports show that he's going to finish Koscheck. Knockout or submission, doesn't matter. He's going to finish him and forget about him.

Gonna be a sick night.
