What everyone else said. You'd just be wasting your time.

...Unless you like them, that is.

Saw fucking Motorhead with Clutch opening last night. Good show, even if Lemmy is a bit hard to understand. Holy shit are they loud.

I get to see the same concert on Thursday!!! Did you see it with Valient Thorr? If so how were they? I checked out some of their stuff on myspace not really sure what to expect. I know Motorhead and Clutch will kick ass though.

Seeing Nevermore in June. Have booked both airfares and concert tix! :dio:

Yay!

Though I am missing out on The Haunted and Suicidal Tendencies. A problem of living on an isolated island.

"Coheed and Cambria to perform their debut album, The Second Stage Turbine Blade, in it is entirety. The "Evening with" format will also feature a rare 30-40 minute acoustic set, as well as an extra set of songs from other albums."

A three hour Coheed concert, sign me up! Too bad its not until April.

Finntroll/Ensiferum/Moonsorrow/Rotten Sound (I don't know, but I'll take it) show this Sunday.

Slough Feg in April! Well timed!

Just ordered tickets to see Distant Worlds in Atlanta May 6th and 7th, with a VIP ticket for the 6th. Gonna be goin' to a meet & greet with Nobuo Uematsu, my biggest musical hero.

Ohmygod, I can't wait.

Rotten Sound opening for those bands sounds really odd. But I do like Rotten Sound.

Slough Feg!? Soooo jealous.

Dude, I know. It's the "Finnish Metal Tour," I guess, so that means I get a bunch of folk metal bands and, uh, grind. Which works for me!

And yeah, I found out about that Slough Feg show on a whim. Its not often that the "just discovered/listened to -> become obsessed with -> See them live just after that" pattern actually plays out for me.

I always discover them after they played a live show here which I most likely didn't go to :(

The girlfriend and I are talking about going to Bonnaroo this Summer. Primus / The Sword / Kylesa / Opeth are the metal bands on tap, so I'm much more willing to go.

Yeah I saw that. Plus Gogol Bordello and Devotchka which aren't bad in terms of punk.

I don't think there are any bands there that I would absolutely object to seeing. Except for Eminem and whatever other mainstream hip hop artists are there. I've heard Ratatat has an amazing live show even if you don't like their music.

Debating going to Seattle to see Omar Rodriguez Lopez on April 4th. Paying for boat + hostel + show would be expensive but I kind of just want to travel somewhere.
