Ohhh man I really want to. I have the money for it, too. But I should be spending it on other things...

So basically, even though the original ended with a massive cliffhanger, the sequel doesn't even touch on the original's story? Not sure if want.

Borderlands is fun with friends, but on your own it just gets boring and tiresome. I really should find somebody to beat it with...

Yeah I don't like the idea of no portals and anti gravity puzzles which made the original so good but I do like the fact that it's an open world environment and not so linear like the original so I'll probably give it a chance anyway.

Valve needs to hurry up with HL2 Episode 3. They have nothing announced in the works right now other than Dota 2, so I expect something to be announced at E3. Hell, they might as well just make it into Half Life 3 considering how long they've been working on it.

Gonna start a third play-through of HL2 tonight, which will include Ep. 1 & 2.

Didn't you hear? HL2 episode 3 was delayed again because Gabe Newell was tired and wanted to take a nap.

supporting the LA Noire love. already got that shit pre-ordered.

same with Gears 3, Bioshock Infinite, and Batman Arkham City.

also, started playing Assassins Creed Brotherhood again. I bought it way back when it first came out, played it for about 30 minutes and shut it off until this past weekend. Been enjoying it, but it's just not grabbing me like Assassins Creed and Assassins Creed 2 did. just too much of the same I guess.. Oh well, LA Noire is only a few weeks away.

Wait until you go for 100% sync in all of the missions. Talk about hair pulling at its finest.

By the way playing P2 really enjoying it. It lives up to its predecessors legacy. Almost got stuck on 1 level.

The Elder Scrolls rules, Morrowind practically changed my life years ago... the mods are awesome.

Now I'll keep playing Shogun 2.

I simply cannot get used to PC games taking ages to load, now I'm used to turning my Xbox on and getting going in a matter of seconds. Why the fuck can't they do this on PCs? Ridiculous.

Although I will say that the USB slots on the XB are annoyingly placed. Very fiddly.

I know the feeling, I'm itching to buy an Xbox for that matter. However, games I play have lots of mods, which enhance greatly the gaming experience (e.g. The Elder Scrolls, as AlexandeR said).

I want an Xbox because there's still no Red Dead Redemption PC version, and I don't think there will be one. Nor will there be an LA Noire for PC, it seems. It sucks.

Oh, a question for you guys : does somebody here plugs the Xbox in a PC monitor (equipped with an HDMI port) ? If so, does it work well ? I don't want to buy a TV for gaming only...
