I want to design a whole work out around Equilibrium's Mana. It has everything.

Actually, that track deserves to be the anthem of a brand new country : Awesomeland. And, isn't it a bit short for a whole work out ?

I don't care for music when I'm weightlifting. They have some garbage dance music on the radio on, but I just ignore it and mind my training. If I go running outside, I like to listen to something fast and powerful. It's usually either Painkiller, Brocas Helm's Defender Of The Crown or VS's Invictus.

VS has some of the best music to run to.

Ten years ago I used to run with The loneliness of the long distance runner. First because I loved the song, secondly, it fitted my pace perfectly, and third, well... the lyrics.

I have ADHD so I can't focus on just myself and my training if I'm listening to all the clamor in the crowded campus gym or the music on the speakers.

Gamma Ray - The Winged Horse and Galneryus - My Last Farewell for this morning's run were my favorite. Especially the last 30 seconds of My Last Farewell... good sprinting music.

Really ignorant hardcore like Turnstile, Reign Supreme, Trapped Under Ice or even Enabler when I'm working out and grindcore like Pig Destroyer, Berzerker or Phobia when I'm running.

TUI TILL I DIE :dio:
I love how you're the only other person who listens to them but you point it out every time I mention them. Hells yeah. :dio: Check out Turnstile. Seriously, it's the drummer of TUI on vox but hxc in the same vein. But not S.O.S. That shit sucks.

Will do. Love that style of hxc. Yeah my friends and I will go around saying that whenever we mention Trapped Under Ice. Sick band.
