Yeah, protein is pretty awesome. I'm not a vegetarian by any means but I think you would agree that factory farming is fucking repulsive, no? I'm all about tearing a bird up but I don't want to eat a bird that's been forced into a cage with nineteen other birds, living in its own shit for months until they slaughter it. I want that bird prowling the farm yard, banging hens and kicking ass all the way till it gets to my plate. Hunting is only fun if it's a challenge.

Like I said, hunting is the most humane way of getting meat.
As for cattle and other livestock, obviously if it is done on a small farm basis, it is much better.
Unfortunately, that's not a viable option for most people.

I cut my meat intake by about 80% over the past 6 months or, getting my protein mostly from greek yogurt, cottage cheese and whey protein powder, and I feel better than I have in a long time.

I'm a vegetarian, but agree with hunting being humane, although the problem is that if everyone hunted for their meat the animal population would go byebye.

For most of my MA stuff before they were recently annihilated by Napero, I had a more even handed approach to what I wrote, with a 60% minimum for albums that were decent- but had a few weaker songs. It was only at seldom times did I give an album zero, unless they were absolute dogshit in the lines of Illud Divinum or Molesting the Decapitated, where either the band made a conscious effort to suck, the songs had no replay value, or everything about the album was horrible. Typically, for me not many albums score beneath the 70-80 bracket, and even as much as I loathe garbage like Blowpeth, Agasuck, and Shallowbraid they would probably score in the high 70's to low 80's on my scale.
